I have regular seasonal care and had an issue about my heat pump defrosting. I called and they had someone out to help within 24 hours and it was all covered under the service plan. I also had several questions about how to make my house more efficient and they were calm with me and answered all my questions. Very great service and would recommend to anyone.

Our new home has had A/C problems this summer that others couldn’t correct. This company made me smile with their responsiveness as well as their technician. If Erik is any example of this company’s staff, I would recommend this company anytime!

I called in the morning and Uriel and Juan were dispatched that afternoon. Had no heat, and Uriel troubleshot it and had me back to 100% working order after doing an excellent job of performing heat pump repair. Great professional and competent service!

I am on their service maintenance program which is great. Air tech tracks the appointments and knows when the next service check for maintenance should occur. Peace of mind to know that I won't forget scheduling routine maintenance myself for the fall and summer. All of their technicians are knowledgeable,
polite, and professional.

Air-Tech got to our down unit on a very hot day. While our regular hvac service company didn't have time to make a service call and isn't backing a faulty previous install, Air-Tech was there. I am using Air-Tech all the time for both my personal and business service calls.

This company installed my HVAC unit and provided the wrong details for the size for my air filter. The lady who called to schedule service also admitted that their dimensions are a little off. Horrible customer service and I would NEVER use them again or recommend them. I even wasted money buying a filter on my own because the dimensions that they provide do not match my unit. I would say that anyone looking for an HVAC company should stay as far away from them as possible.

They decommissioned and installed seven used mini splits and four compressors in my commercial buildings. There was some miscommunication on placement of the units but we were able to communicate quite reasonably, correct the issues and the systems came out great. I appreciate the way Rocky worked with me and the great team he has put together. We are also able to get HVAC and stainless parts directly from them at reasonable pricing rather than paying the high shipping costs and facing difficult returns of online suppliers of these parts. The true measure of a company is how they handle things when they don't go right and they stepped up and made a happy customer here! I recommend them to anyone that asks.

When we bought our house, we had Air-Tech come out a few time for our older HVAC unit, they get it fixed in no time, every time! Definitely will always use their Preventative Maintenance program on any house we live at. Worth the peace of mind that if something goes wrong, they'll be out to take a look super fast. When it came to building our shop, Brent, the owner and Nick were amazing in helping us decide what would work best to install. Could not recommend to enough people. Install was quick and easy and the mini split Brent recommended works great! When it comes time to replace our old unit in our house, I know Brent and Air-Tech will be one quick phone call away!
