Our air conditioner broke just before leaving on vacation. We were out of town when the tech offered repaired our outside unit. We came home to a cool house.

Wow, can’t thank Uriel enough for all his hard work. Uriel arrived on time, he found the issue that many have failed to recognize, and explained everything throughly to where I understood every step of the process. Thank you Air-tech, I’ll be booking with Uriel in the future.

Called at 8:15 am on a Monday morning. They were done by 10:30. Recharged, diagnosed. Technician was awesome. Friendly and thorough.

Our unit tipped over off it's concrete base and pedestals during a 65 mile per hour wind storm and AirTech sent out Uriel and Jacob who leveled out the concrete slab with some earth, installed some adhesive to the pedestals and screwed the pedestals into the concrete, and hoisted the unit back up on it. I was prepared to pay the $120 service fee but they waived it. I'm very grateful for these guys. Uriel and Jacob are the Batman & Robin of HVAC. (Just to be clear, though, neither of them wore tights, okay?)

Good Value for annual contract. Kevin, the maintenance guy, was professional, courteous and timely.

My heater stopped working in sun freezing weather and Air Tech was able to send a technician out on the same day I called and had it fixed in less than two hours.
Kevin was super helpful and did excellent work. The price was for parts and labor was very reasonable.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Mini split installation went smooth with no issues and I am very pleased with the product and the service. 10/10.

System wouldn’t turn on. Tech checked all systems, found the problem, and made sure nothing was damaged or failed. He also taught me how to use the thermostat after setting it up for me.
