The best Air Conditioning Place in town. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are efficient, polite, friendly and helpful. They send out a knowledgeable technician in a very timely mannor and always fix the problem on their first visit. I highly recommend them!

Needed emergency repair for my AC unit in 107 temps and the height of their busiest season, but this wonderful company came to my rescue anyway! Brent was amazing and so kind coming out same day, and sending out the techs the very next day for a follow up appointment. We will continue to use this wonderful company!

Air tech is who installed our system when our home was built, they offer two free maintenance routines to check up on the equipment and David Salinas was our service guy, he got here on time and went through the entire system and even cleaned some regardless of it looking fine just to be nice.

Air-Tech installed additional heating/cooling in our house during an extensive remodel in 2019. When one of the newly installed units failed to work correctly, Air-Tech worked on the unit until it worked perfectly. All the folks at Air-Tech with whom we've dealt (please forgive any omissions or misspellings) have been great: Nick, Pablo, and Geri. Pablo performed our first regular maintenance with Air-Tech yesterday and was very thorough, informative, and a pleasure to have in our home. When he knew he was going to be a few minutes late arriving, he gave us a call. And Geri also gave us a courtesy call to ask if the visit was progressing as expected. We are very pleased with this company thus far.

Edit, received a phone call. They are working on making sure phone calls are being followed thru. That is all I'm asking. The woman I spoke with was very nice and explained things.

So I just want to start off that the service people are great. Are always on time and do a great job. But our issue is with the office person/dispatch. They seem to have an attitude everytine we call. We are wantingnto have a vent added to the garage get it scheduled with routine maintance. They come out find out someone was supposed to call and tell us that the parts didn't show up and they will call when they come in. But no one called to tell us this. Again the office is the only problem we have. They need some customer service training.

Technician was prompt, professional and did a thorough job. Office staff were helpful and were able to schedule us in quickly. We will use Air-Tech Services in the future! Highly recommend them.

Our warehouse HVAC unit wasn't working. Was able to get an appointment for the following day and the tech was able to get us up and running in about 20 mins! Great service at a great price.
