1st Response Heating & Air Conditioning Solutions

Easy 5 Stars! We use 1st Response for all of our HVAC needs. Braxten, Marcus, and their team are true professionals of their craft. They are very responsive, they do what they say they are going to do and they do it for the price they said they would do it for. I have referred them to several people I know and they all are very happy. I can't recommend 1st Response enough.

I am so thankful for the quick response from 1st Response during this unbearable heat wave. We had a really terrible experience with the HVAC company that installed our heat pump, and these guys were professional and fair in helping us diagnose the problem. It was a relief to have cold air coming out of our vents this morning!

Kat came to our home today to work on our HVAC system and was a delight. She was very thorough and professional and nice to have around. I was very confident with her work!

While the last HVAC company I worked with lacked service and professionalism, these guys certainly did not. They came out to my office the next day after making the appointment and helped diagnose the problem. Very happy with their service!

Kat was amazing. Arrived extra early which I requested less than 24 hours before my appointment. Very professional and fast. In and out in less than one hour for my annual AC maintenance. Thanks again!

I should have read recent reviews rather than going by the overall rating. First of all, they charge 105 bucks for providing an estimate, every other provider does it for free. Secondly, they disappear after the first visit.. I mean how long does it take to provide a quote?! The guy who came down for the estimate mentioned that they would get back to me within 3 days. It has been over a week and I cannot wait forever to get a quote.

I get that they might be busy but they are just making money out of providing estimates and not sincere about following up with the customer. The person on the front desk just passes the buck to the 'manager' and then there is silence. Poor service! You may have made a 100 bucks but you certainly lost 3 customers that I could have referred you to. I am attaching a screenshot of my estimate appointment for those who might feel I am just throwing dirt.

Jim from 1st response came out quickly to diagnose the leak in our water heater, he was friendly and professional and so far his workmanship replacing our heater looks good. Would recommend.
