Kat with first response heating and air solution came by to install the noise reduction blanket for my newly installed AC. She texted and contacted me also by phone to let me know she was on her way and was very helpful in the whole process. I appreciated her professionalism, friendliness and effort in making this a pleasant experience. She also explained ways to maintain the AC and checked my Nest thermostat to make sure it was operating properly. I would highly recommend this company based on my recent experiences w AC, water heater and Furnace updates.

Great company. Had them out for yearly maintenance on Furnace, AC, and Tankless water heater. They were quick to respond to my request for costs and service, and quick to schedule an appointment once I decided on the company. The tech that came out, Kat, was great, she did a thorough job, explained everything she was doing, what she found etc ... Did not try and up sell. Now on their yearly plan.

My furnace stopped working for 2 days. I tried the other companies, but none can solve the problem quickly. Then my friend recommended 1st heating. I called right away. They sent Kat to my home and exchanged the motor the same day. She is brilliant! The price is responsible! Highly recommend!!

Our furnace stopped working and Rylan with the 1st Response Heating team showed up the same day we called. He diagnosed our furnace issues quickly, installed a new thermostat, and answered all our questions along the way. Rylan was super professional and detail-oriented; he even remounted the new thermostat to make sure it was centered on the wall. They made a stressful situation easy to deal with.

My service technician was Braxton. He was very friendly and easy going.

This is my 3rd time using this company. I know nothing about my furnace except when I change the thermostat it turns on. I don't even know what it looks like since it's lodged in the attic. This is really scary to me since I have to put full trust in them if something needs replaced. This was my 3rd visit. After meeting and working with them, I feel very comfortable that they won't over charge me.

Braxten and Rylan is very helpful and did an excellent job of installing the furnace right after the great snow of 02/12-02-14. Tristan and Rylan also helped root-cause furnace failure promptly on the emergency service. Great service and fair price. Highly recommended!

Great service, quick response. Braxten and Kat did an outstanding job. Answered all my questions and were patience explaining what was going on.

My furnace had inducer motor issues. They brought the parts with them, and even claimed the warranty on my behalf. A the end, due to the parts being under warranty, the bill was lower than what I was originally quoted for.

First Response did such an amazing job on our AC install. Braxten came by the house to check out the property and was very great at explaining the different options and the value you get for each option without coming off sleazy. Once we signed on, Kyonghui took care of the permits (yes you need permits to make your install legit) and made sure everything ran smoothly. Lyle was on site for install the entire day and oversaw the project; terrific guy and really explained things well. He even taught me how to do some basic maintenance to my water heater to make it last longer. Don’t be fooled by the negative reviews...if you don’t take care of your home and do basic home maintenance neglecting your home for decades, what do you expect?! These guys are top notch and really do the right thing. You can tell immediately they aim to please and want to earn your business. We will be using their services for the regular maintenance of our unit. Thank you First Response!
