Ryan Heath was one of the most personable, professional service employees we have ever had the experience of dealing with. Another HVAC company “fixed” our mini-split units and completely ruined the entire system itself. Ryan quickly diagnosed this and documented everything in its entirety to help us decide on how to proceed. He was honest, straight forward, and didn’t cut any corners about the situation. When dealing with services that are above your skill level in your home, using a company who is honest and straight forward with you is what everyone wants. Ryan did just that and educated us in a very concise and professional manner. We are so grateful to have had his expertise today!

All Heating is AWESOME! We had trouble with our gas fireplace turning off and on at random. All heating was able to dispatch quickly and our service person Jeff was outstanding! Jeff was able to identify the problem that another vendor could not solve. He fixed it on site and stayed until we knew it was working properly! So excited to have a fire for the holidays! Wow. We're blown away at how friendly, efficient and professional Charles was. We received a message letting us know he was on his way and when he would be here. Not only did he service our gas fireplace but he added some rocks to enhance the look, showed us some maintenance tips and answered all our questions. When our fireplace stopped working we called to have our fireplace looked at and they responded quickly. Jesus was fantastic, professional, helpful, and personable. He wore booties to keep things clean on the carpet and even had a carpet he put the pieces on so they wouldn't get the floor dirty. He arrived on time and was very communicative before he arrived and walked us through everything he was doing with our fireplace. When he found things that needed to be repaired, he explained in a way we could understand about how it worked and why it failed. I highly recommend Jesus and All Heating.

I called All Heating and they were able to get me a same day appointment with a technician, Jesus arrived within the expected time window (and gave me a call 30min ahead), and fixed my defective control module for my fireplace. He was helpful, professional, and very informative. He even looked at a few other things while out even thought he could have easily said no. 10/10 would recommend to a friend! We had a heat pump and a new furnace installed by All Heating. The furnace is for when our power goes out.
They were very knowledgeable, professional and respectful of our time and home, and completed the installation in 1 day.
Communication with the customer was excellent (and rare), we appreciated that.
We have also used their services to clean and repair 2 gas fireplaces.

All Heating services two of my gas fireplaces and one of my stand alone gas stoves. They were efficient, knowledgeable, took time to explain what needed repairing or replacing and how to properly maintain these going forward. Our furnace went out on a Friday, All Heating scheduled an appointment that evening to review the issue. Upon diagnosis of the system it was determined that a new a new furnace was required. A new furnace was on site the following Tuesday and installed. The timely response was greatly appreciated and their customer service I would rate as an A+.
