All Heating

We searched high and low for someone to help us figure out what was wrong with our fireplace when we moved into our new house. All Heating was the only place we could even find that would service our unit. And we are so glad it was them! Tyler and the team were so friendly, personable, and above all else, knowledgeable. They got the part we needed and fixed our fireplace right up! We have now booked them to do all of our heating care. Amazing team and service!

They fit us in right away and did an amazing job figuring out what was wrong and explaining it to us! They also gave us guidance for maintenance! Very happy with our experience and the pricing!

This was my first time using All Heating, and I will definitely be using them again! From my initial phone call until the service appointment was complete, they were nothing short of professional, personable and knowledgeable! I get so excited when customer service is on point because it seems to be a fading art form these days, but with All Heating, I was beyond impressed with their responsiveness, communication and kindness - A+! We had a failed gas valve on our fireplace that needed to be replaced. Jesus was very professional, friendly and great to work with! We are extremely happy overall and highly recommend All Heating!

Jeff came out to service our gas fireplace - he was on time, courteous and friendly, and explained everything he was doing. he even replaced the filter in our furnace and gave us info about furnace maintenance. I would recommend this company again and will use them in the future

Charles from All Heating did a fantastic job repairing our fireplace. We had three other businesses come out before All Heating and none were able to solve the issue. Very glad to have had Charles come out, extremely personably and he performed great work. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

Jesus came out on this 23 degree day today to help us get our gas fireplace going again. Each time I turned the fireplace on the pilot light would turn off after about 10 minutes. He was very professional, conscientious and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to have him come back for future maintenance/service. He respected our property by taking precautions before beginning work and cleaned thoroughly before leaving. He conducted a thorough diagnosis going above checking how the whole system of switches and a thermostat worked together. He explained what he was doing and why along the way using proper terminology but also translating to laymen’s terms. He also used some great analogies to aid in my understanding. It turned out we needed a new thermocouple and thermopile part that is no longer obtainable. (Fireplace was installed 20+ years ago.) Due to this scenario he recommended replacing the fireplace soon. I have always wanted an aesthetically different style unit but have resisted since this one was doing it’s job so mixed feelings on this. In the meantime he cleaned the thermocouple and thermopile in hopes of extending their life for however long is possible. Our fireplace has been running since he left and hopefully will continue to be usable until the summer season when we can replace.

Tyler and his team were fabulous, arrived on time and explained the whole procedure done to replace my entire furnace. Will always use this company moving forward. Just one phone call and Tyler was here late at night to diagnose the problem and had all his team the next morning to fix the problem. Thanks a million Tyler, you are awesome 👌

Jeff our technician did an outstanding job of servicing our gas fireplace. It literally looks brand new and works great. The communication was great before Jeff arrived. I’d highly recommend this company !
