Jesus provided exceptional service. He was clear and concise during his visit. We would definitely use All Heating again.

Adam came to my home on time after a courtesy call from the office prior. He was very presentable and put booties on before entering my home. He was efficient, cordial, very willing to answer any questions. He identified issues with furnace and fireplace quickly and made all his recommendations, but more importantly left my home after fixing all my heating issues. He grew up here, All Heating works out of Snohomish and they took care of me like I was important. Adam even told me their service mission was to serve the community. I'll recommend All Heating to everyone I know just because of Adam and the business mission. This type of approach and having a team member able to recite it was very special.

The tech's were very prompt, kind, informative, polite, thorough and genuinely nice to work with. They were the best part of the service call. My original post was concerned about the cost but, after doing the research, it was to be expected. They did regular maintenance and repair, and replaced a thermostat starter with a simple on/off switch. They were here for a little over an hour. They did a GREAT job! I'd called three other places and they all said they couldn't service my make/model of fireplace. They were/are the only one's in the business that can service old equipment. I'm so grateful because my fireplace is built into the building/condo: to replace the unit would require demolition! All Heating has earned a customer for life in me...

My dad woke up to his furnace not putting out heat. All Heating had Mitch out the same day. He diagnosed the problem and gave us options. We ended up replacing the 25 year old furnace and they installed it the next day. Mitch and the two installers were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and good communicators.

John from All Heating has been taking care of the Heating system and the Well Pump on our rural property for many years. He (and the entire crew for that matter) is trustworthy, professional knowledgeable and responsive. I unreservedly recommend their service and would never have anyone else take care of our needs.

We are part of the monthly program that they offer (highly recommend), and received a phone call saying we were due for maintenance. I have to state that I am very happy that they called me because I forget everything - especially things like fireplace maintenance! We have dealt with other companies in the past, and they never did follow up calls. It was more of a use it or lose it situation, whereas with All Heating, they actually make sure you get the service. So, a BIG THANK YOU to the All Heating Staff that deals with this end of customer satisfaction and follow up. It is appreciated more than you know! So, today we had our service. We were excited to see Jesus again! He was just as pleasant, knowledgeable, and on it like last time. We inquired about A/C maintenance and he took the time to look at the unit and explain the system that we have (better than those who installed it!). We are now signed up for their monthly program for the A/C system as well. We had a free year of maintenance with the company that installed it, (not All Heating) but we didn't call, so we didn't get service. At least I know with going with this company, they will make sure we are on track. It is nice to be able to trust a company like that - few and far between from my experience! Thanks again!

The service technician, Cameron, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and explained in detail his service findings. Interaction with the scheduling and billing office was friendly and very responsive as well.

Brennan and Adam were the installers and very professional courteous and attentive. They did a complete job, answered all my questions and did an excellent clean up after they were finished.

Jesus came out to service our gas fireplace. He called before he arrived, was friendly and engaging and very thorough with the job. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend All Heating to others.

Jesus came to my home to repair my gas fireplace that was having ignition trouble. He immediately identified the problem, fixed it, then spent nearly 2 hours vacuuming out the entire fireplace, resetting the front log which had broken in two, and he put a new seal inside the door. He cleaned the glass really well and cleaned up every bit of mess when he was finished. All that and he only charged me for a service call. My fireplace looks and works like brand new and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much!
