All Heating

I have a gas fireplace that came with the house i purchased 2 years ago. i had no idea about it's past maintenance. It stopped working a while back. I called All Heating and they were out there that week. Jesus did a really great job all around. He was personable, understanding and obviously knowledgeable. My fireplace is now working like new now. I will definitely use this company again.

Ryan did maintenance on our HVAC system. He was completely knowledgeable and very thorough. He is also a very nice person. His assistant Casey was also great. We highly recommend All Heating.

Charles came out to follow-up on our old, weird gas fireplace after a cleaning. Some additional issues came up that he was able to trouble shoot. He was very kind and knowledgeable and was able to alleviate my fears surrounding our gas connection. I highly recommend Charles...he was amazing :)

Tyler is great! He put in our new system over the summer and came and made a quick fix on a valve today. Very personable and knowledgeable of what the problem was and grateful for the quick fix.

Cameron had his work cut out for him when he got here! We had an old hot water tank with a major leak and our furnace needed servicing. He replaced our water tank and thoroughly answered our many questions. When he went to check the furnace he noticed my husband’s uniforms and contacted his office about a discount, which we greatly appreciated. We definitely recommend him!

In Summer 2022, I decided to work with All Heating after reviewing quotes from several HVAC installers in the Snohomish area. Mitch in Sales was the first to contact us: he was very thorough in explaining installation options (for either a heat pump or a more traditional system). After parts and the system we decided on were ready to install, there was scheduling issue (miscommunication among staff and electrician), however all was sorted out after an additional delay.

After successful installation, Mitch continued to respond to my messages in a very timely manner. The folks handling scheduling at the office were also very communicative prior to any visit. Tyler, Adam & Brendan, and Jesus were rockstars in installing and making sure to address any concerns I had - they came back to patch up any airflow issues/leaks I noticed (not a fault of the installed product, more working with the construct of the home). More recently, our finicky fireplace (came along with the home) was failing - Jeff swung by to essentially do a refurbishment, and he too was very kind, courteous, explained the repair, and answered all of my questions.

In a world where contractors/installers tend to fall off the map after doing a job, the folks at All Heating are quite the opposite and do genuinely good and honest work. I highly recommend them and will continue to reach out for my home heating/cooling needs.

Jesus fixed our gas fireplace today; we ended up needing a new pilot assembly. He was very courteous, explained the whole process to me, fixed what was needed and cleaned everything up, leaving us a fireplace that worked and looked like new.

Mitch was fantastic. Knowledgeable and professional. He got my split duct system working again and gave me a number of helpful hints to keep it working well in the future. Would definitely call All Heating again for any future issues .

Ryan was very helpful and professional. I had a feeling our 17+ year old furnace was going to need to be replaced and Ryan went into very helpful detail as to what was happening and did confirm that it did need to be replaced.
