Braxten and his crew did a great job. They offered several options for my heating and water heater needs and provided a good amount of information to help me decide on the best options for replacing my furnace with a ductless mini split heat pump. Both Tracy and Dalton, the installers, did a great job. They were communicative and savvy at troubleshooting issues as they came up. I'm super happy with their work.

My boyfriend and I opted out of getting air conditioning installed through our home builder 4 years ago when we built our house from the ground up. We didn't think Seattle summers would get hot enough to need AC but after a few years went by the summers got warmer and warmer where we wished we did. We were recommended by a friend to go through 1st Response who had also installed their AC in their home. We worked with Braxten who made the process super simple and easy from when we got the initial estimate to getting AC installed. He was professional and courteous and was able to get us scheduled in during their busy season. Since our install, we have had zero issues and are very happy with the unit. We would definitely recommend going with 1st Response if you need AC in your life! They were really easy to work with and did a great job.

Tristan came over to check out our ancient furnace and the issues we were having (it stopped communicating with the thermostat). He arrived early (after calling first to make sure it was ok!) and was very thorough in his diagnostics. He offered several options and walked me through my choices. He also hung around after the assessment was done on the broken furnace to show me how to use our existing split-system (we're new homeowners!). I really appreciated how Tristan went above and beyond and really took the time to solve our problem and make us feel comfortable. I'd recommend 1st Response, for sure!

Braxten, of 1st Response HVAC installed the ductless heat pumps and tankless water heater at our previous property back in 2016. We loved their work so much we called them back an AC install on our Shoreline property just last week. Although we hit a short delay at the start, Kyonghui brought over a portable AC unit for us to keep our baby's room cool especially during these crazy summer heat waves, until the job was completed! In both the last job and this, their team have gone above and beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend 1st Response HVAC for any of your heating and cooling system needs.

We have used 1st Response now 2 times for preventative servicing of our furnace. As well as a quote for air conditioning. Braxten the owner has been the technician that comes to our house. He is always professional and very helpful giving us realistic options and pricing for the air conditioning. His quote was given with several options making it nice to be able to see what would be best for us. If and when we choose to add AC we will go with 1st Response. We will also continue to use them to have our furnace serviced. Would highly recommend this company and do refer them. They were able to help my grandmother down South and she also was very happy with her service. Can't say enough about 1st Response. Good pricing and great service.

I had an excellent experience with 1st Response! Braxten came to my home in Kirkland first to find out why I was loosing Freon, so he ran a dye test on it. It's a Senville quad ductless heat and AC HVAC system. Then Garrett came back about a month later as scheduled, found that one of my units was leaking badly and since they don't carry Senville brand he recommended I order a new head unit from the factory and then they would come back and install it which they did. When Garrett and Tristan returned for the final installation which wasn't easy, they were both very good at explaining to me what needed to be done (cutting a whole in my drywall) it took them both to install the new head unit, run a test and they were done in a couple hours. The whole experience with 1st response was pleasurable and pretty much stress free and the total repair cost seemed very reasonable compared by some of the other quotes I received over the phone prior. Our heat went out close to New Year's Eve, and we worried that we wouldn't be able to to get it repaired before the end of the holiday because the part required wasn't readily available. Worse, we contacted 1st Response about 3 in the afternoon. We expected a cold night in the house. To our delight though, Braxten at 1st Response located the motor and secured it before the warehouse closed. And Tristan came out and did the install that evening. By 8pm we had heat again! We chose 1st Response because reviewers said they were honest. They were both honest and conscientious. The price quoted was the price we paid. They communicated well. And the install by Tristan was outstanding. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. And I'm so happy I called.

1st Response has my business forever. About a year ago I called 3 companies to get an estimate on adding Central A/C. 1st response was in the middle, but they were the only company that actually went into the attic to LOOK at my heating system before giving a quote. That told me they actually knew what they were doing. I was not disappointed either. I had my A/C installed within 5 days. The guys who came out were very professional and knowledgeable and got the job done right.

I was so happy I will use them for tuneups on my furnace as well.

Fantastic Service from Braxten and Kat @ 1st Response. During our recent snow storm our furnace stopped working. They came same day, diagnosed the problem. Although the news was not good for us, as a new furnace is needed, they did all they could to fix what we have, from trying to find the part needed for a very old furnace, to keeping us updated on the status. Purchasing a new furnace from 1st Response has been easy, efficient, with prompt updates on progress etc. KUDOS to all of you at 1st response. You guys are great.

The furnace installers at 1ST Response are great! After our furnace stopped working a week prior, we had a service call, that resulted in the need for us to buy a new furnace. The folks at 1st Response were amazing, giving us several options to chose from for a new furnace. They let us use two of their space heaters to maintain a heat level in our home prior to installation. In the midst of out bitter cold snap, those were so welcome. They worked well, were programmable, and kept the areas we needed warm warm. They got us in on the first available time slot that they had for installation, bumped us when an earlier time slot became available, since we were without a furnace. In the midst of out snow storm, they still came, worked through the cold, ice and snow, and got us an awesome new furnace up and working. Thank you all for your quick response. I also need to thank you for noticing that we had a problem with the connections to the gas meter, we had, unknown to us, a small leak, due to a broken part on/near the meter. They got the gas company out within 30 minutes, all was repaired. Their service is amazing, the staff is courteous.

Braxton, Rylan, and Tristan were all top notch. I had a new central AC & mini split system installed and prepared myself for even a slight hiccup w/ the amount of work that was to be done. The job was seamless and went as well as I could hope. The guys were personable, very easy to work w/. I'd rate their customer service a solid 10 and recommend 1st Response to anyone!
