Today Black Lion came out and installed our new Furnace and A/C unit. Renzo, Gabe, Matt and Adam were very professional and courteous. Everett came out on time yesterday and did an awesome job answering our questions before getting to work. He was able to fix the issues I was having with our furnace and serviced the furnace so we should be good to for the winter. This is my second time using Black Lion and they were great both times. I highly recommend them and I recommend Everett.

The technician arrived exactly on time, was very communicative and got right to work. Though the news wasn't good, he delivered it like a doctor and gave us options. We will be using Black Lion to replace our furnace and AC as soon as we have the funds to do so.

When there was a wiring issue day 2 a technician came out the same day and fixed the problem.

They installed an outside air conditioning unit and updated our furnace to use it. Everything was seamless from booking a bid appointment, install, permit sign off by city, and sending warranty info.
