They were able to get to us much more quickly than everyone else. Although we were not in a hurry on the install, the work was performed quickly after we signed the bid, even though I'd had to wait a few months to get other bids in before making our decision. They answered my questions quickly and completely.

The technician who came was extremely rude. We had asked for an inspection, he just turned on the AC and said it's working and asked for money. When we argued that we understand that it is working, he started shouting back rudely and just demanded money.

All the reviews of this business look fake and were posted in the past 4 weeks. I don't trust these 5 star reviews anymore based on the horrific experience I had.

He examined the gas pipe and told me that no harm had occurred. He also stated that they do not raise tanks and must frequently cut a portion of the lid away to fit the pan. I'm glad they confirmed there was no damage to the gas line and discussed the cover problem.

Manager was excellent in diagnosing and repairing the heater/thermostat and completed the job in a timely manner. He was kind and communicated with us every step of the way.
