Wonderful staff when they are able to answer the phone. It seems that there is a big staffing problem and it is very difficult to get hold of someone. Two hour hold times are common even if you call in the morning.

***Editing my comment! This company has made a true 180 and is now making customer service their biggest priority. Anne is a gem and always answers the phone so positively. I love working with this company now, they are prompt when answering (no more long holds) and they really take care of our technicians. Thank you, Airefco!

Really slow service, we ordered even a day ahead expecting it to be ready the next day and still not ready on will call. They need to have a better customer service and to be better organized.
