    The technician was awesome! Very capable, easy to work with, and successfully figured out what was wrong. He also went above and beyond that, helping to get an expensive part under warranty and suggesting improvements we did not know were possible. Highly recommend!!!

    Called late and they sent someone right out and he fixed it within and hour. Even picked up some parts from shop using his intuition . Fixed it and was the nicest guy . Didn't try to sell me and new unit just found the problem and fixed it. Very awesome experience and extremely well priced. I will recommend them to all my friends.

    I have a annual service contract with Bruce Heating & Air. Their service is exceptional to all others in the area. They arrive on time, follow all the present Covid requirements and when finished leave no traces that they were on my property or in my home. Best of all they say Thank You to me for being their customer.

    I had a horrible experience with them! I do NOT recommend them.
    We got a couple quotes to get central AC. We decided to go with Bruce because they were the only ones that would get it done the in the time frame we needed. They told us it would take three days to complete the job. The job ended up taking over a month, and we got screwed!
    Worked had started and halfway through, we were told that we needed to update our circuit breaker and that the additional cost would be $2,500. We had the option to find our own electrician or use someone through Bruce. We decided to have Bruce subcontract the work. Meanwhile we noticed a lot of water underneath our home, a pipe had been broken. I called the Sales Manager Chris Meagher and asked him if he had any idea what happened because it was right next to where they were working. All he kept saying was my house is old and all the pipes needed to be replaced. I overheard one of Bruce employees talking about the pipe that they broke.
    When I confronted Chris about that he said he had already had a plumber fix it, he was sure it wasn't the same problem. I contacted the same plumber; it was the same pipe and told me in front of Chris that it was a temporary fix because that's what Chris asked for. The plumber also said they've had a lot of similar issues with Bruce and will no longer work with them.
    At this time, our baby was a couple months old, so we needed a cool home fast, and we put most of our savings for this. We paid them in full including the extra $2,500 for the electrician. Three days after the system was installed the electrician knocked on our door asking for his money. He was told by Chris that we would pay him and that it was not included on the contract. I contacted Chris, he rudely he tells me he will only speak to the man of the house because the house was not under my name and girls like me wouldn't understand. The house is under my name. He screamed at me over the phone, I was so frustrated I hung up and started crying. I've never had someone belittle me or talk to me the way he did.
    I would NOT recommend this company to work with, they are very unprofessional and have shady practices.

    Oct 19, 2020. We replaced the hvac unit that came with our then 5 year old house with a gas HEPA HVAC unit about 5 years ago and about 3 years ago replaced the gas hot water tank. With each unit we purchased we also bought Bruce's maintenance plan. The maintenance plans are an invaluable investment! Bruce also maintenance our gas fireplace. Bruce sends out seasonal reminders to schedule maintenance services. The service department is great, it's like they never have a bad day or rude caller! Our service today was to change out the HEPA filter and complete the fall furnace maintenance and flush & refill the hot water tank. The technician called to report his status and his time of arrival, which was great so we could pen up our large dogs. Our technician wore a face mask and shoe covers. He was prompt, polite and worked efficiently. It all went off without a hitch. It's a service I look forward to having. Thanks Bruce!

    Contacted Bruce Heating regarding replacement of entire HVAC system.
    Great response. Got a great bid on a Lennox system, very competitive. Showed up on time, great fast install. Everything was done right. They came back in a couple of days to do a complete system test. Very thorough. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank You

    Excellent service by Lino (forgive spelling if incorrect). He informed us that the 25 year old solenoid on our natural gas fireplace is failing and will need to be replaced. We agreed that the full disassembly required to replace the weak solenoid could wait until it fails completely because the fireplace is not our sole source of heat.

    His recommendation to replace the failed On/Off rocker-switch with a remote unit was a welcome improvement to our unit. No more bending to the floor level to turn the unit on and off. We simply push the on button, or we set the desired temperature range.

    We would welcome his expertise when needed for the next fireplace service, and for our other heating or cooling issues. Outstanding technician!
