Bruce did maintenance on my system for a good price and spent a long time discussing my concerns. I also ordered vent covers. Ryan took the time to bring them to me. Thanks for taking the time to completely satisfy this customer. Great service.

Martin is the man! He's friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. I will be requesting him from now on. His ability to answer all of my questions, without missing a beat, was appreciated.

Prior to my service date, I had spoken on the phone with the receptionist and she was so patient and kind with me as I struggled to explain what I was trying to ask. She was able to problem solve, communicate effectively, and multi-task as she was receiving other calls at the time.

I was Martins first service call when he first joined the Bruce Team. He is an absolute pleasure to work with and I actually look forward to his calls! He takes his time to thoroughly check all of the HVAC components and then explains how things are going.
I am going to have Bruce install a new system soon, and hope to have another chance to write another glowing review! Again...Martin is truly a keeper and deserves all of our appreciation!

We decided to use Bruce Heating & Air because they were recommended by another contractor we had used on our remodel. The initial buying of our new hvac unit went smooth but then there was a conspicuous lack of communication. They failed to keep us updated about the delay in our HVAC system. We had to keep calling them. Finally it was time to install and the actually HVAC person was on time, professional, courteous but the electrician they subcontracted out to was not. Then the system was turned on to test and within 2-3 minutes I smelled burning, the air filled with smoke and fire alarm went off! The actually heat panel was not correctly installed and burnt up. But the service person immediately took charge and went and got a new replacement piece. Finally, it worked. Then there was suppose to be the final inspection one to two weeks after and we didn’t get the final inspection until almost five weeks, again, after we called to see what was going on.

I am in the process of selling my house and I needed to schedule some repairs and inspections right away. After calling multiple other companies, I spoke to Bruce Heating &Air and they were able to fit me in the same day for a quote. They then came out the next business day and started repairs and maintenance on my heating system and ducts. They finished everything in a couple hours and everything was working perfect. Ryan and the other workers were very helpful and professional. On top of the quick response and turn around, the price was very affordable. I would highly recommend Bruce Heating to anyone that needs repairs or maintenance.

My experience with Bruce Heating and Air was amazing! I received top notch service from the beginning to end. I needed a whole new system, it was overwhelming!...they came out same day, explained the different options, answered all my questions. My new system was installed in one day!
