Kudos to Bruce Mechanical for great service! Greg was our tech and he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He took the time to educate me on proper procedures to service and maintain my 3 head mini split system. I will be a better owner and enjoy a longer life span on my equipment as a result. Jesus made it to our appointment earlier than we expected and was very professional. It was a relief, since we found the problem with the furnace that same day. Jesus was able to diagnose and fix the issue fast. Would definitely recommend Bruce Heating and Air!

Bruce Inc was very helpful when our AC went out last night. They came out in less than a day! Abe was the service man. He was very helpful and explained things as well as answering all our questions.

I’ve used Bruce Heating & Air several times for various heating and air conditioning needs (most recently spring maintenance), and they’ve always exceeded expectations - really going above and beyond. Kyle explained the health of my system in a manner I could understand and didn’t mind that I was looking over his shoulder asking questions the entirety of the appointment. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

As always, this company is responsive and reliable! It was after hours, we had a down chiller for our company, and it was affecting business. Within minutes, they returned my call and had someone on their way to diagnose and fix our chiller. Randal arrived in 15 minutes, found the issue, retrieved a part, and got our chiller back up.and running. You guys are life savers! Thank you

The customer service team at Bruce Heating and Air cannot be beat. Their entire team is professional, dedicated, and great to work with. They've maintained my home systems for years through 3 homes, and as a property manager, they're my first call for any commercial or residential systems. From my home to $1M+ systems on building rooftops, these are the people you want. Seth Draper runs a stellar team, Jennifer M. in service is always on top of things, and their technicians are amazingly knowledgable - we particularly love Chase and Kyle for their problem-solving skills.

This service representative was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection of our recently purchased Daikin furnace and air conditioning system. He also reviewed the operating function of the thermostat. I consider him to be a very professional asset to your company. Pete Rude

Great business and very informative. I warned the nice receptionist gal (I think her name is Hayley) that I was concerned with the air quality in my home. I called with A LOT of questions especially in regards to hazardous levels of pollen because I have been sneezing A LOT lately. Or at least I thought it was hazardous levels of pollen but taking an allergy pill will suffice. Anyways, the gal was very kind about my concerns and I just needed a technician to come inspect my HVAC system to verify that I was breathing in CLEAN allergy-free air. Turns out Bruce was right and they did some other things too and offered products that make my house have all those natural feels and smells. Thank you Bruce. And thank you to the nice gal Haley who got me in the right direction to get my home checked out. My house is so fresh and so clean!

My heating went out. I ended up replacing the whole system, furnace and air conditioner. They did not try to sell me that at all, it was my choice completely.
Everyone was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and good clean up.

When I called I had the BEST customer service. I spoke to a Kayleen and she was very knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions to the best of her ability and when she didn’t know the answer, she actually got back to me with the answer. I appreciated her friendly voice and her compassion for my situation. If you ever need assistance she is the gal that will not only excel at her job, but help you find answers or direct you to where you can get the answers. This is a lost art in customer service, but Miss Kayleen was exceptional. Thank you!!
