Carlos is awesome!
He arrived on time and ready to get the job done. He explained the process as he went so that I understood everything that was being done and went above and beyond compared to several other techs we have had out to service our system in the last three years. He’s the first one who even took his time to clean the inside as well as the cover that had gotten pretty gross over the years so when he was done the entire system looked brand new and well cared for! I wish I had taken before pictures because the difference is huge.
Will definitely be happy to be a repeat customer!

We replaced our heat pump in 2018, and sought quotes from at least six local companies. I also got a lot of help with research from a cousin who owns an HVAC company elsewhere. Chinook provided by far the best price and were the most professional of any of the companies we spoke with. I think we saved $4k going with Chinook compared with the next highest quote. The owner spent time with us at our house talking about our needs and best options. We have been really happy with the new system. Their annual maintenance program is very affordable. We have had one issue since install and the service guy was out to help us within a half hour of our call. I could not ask for or hope for a better and more professional company.

Julio was exceptional at what he does for work. He showed up on time, repaired my fireplace. And then told me that we should look at my thermostat. Thermostat was set up incorrectly by the builder. He educated me on it and showed me what was incorrect and corrected it. I would recommend I’d recommend Julio to anyone that needs services. HVAC.

Provided excellent service. Technician listened to description of problem and after a few minutes of trouble shooting he found the problem. He described what was wrong and listed the parts for repair. Got my approval and he had the system operational in a short amount of time. He was professional and did not try to up sell for additional services. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing HVAC repair.

Julio Casteneda came today to do our maintenance and did an excellent job. He was courteous, professional, well mannered, nice appearing and knowledgeable. We were so impressed and appreciative of the information he provided on what he was doing and on answers to our questions. He took the time we needed to answer our questions without being rushed. Julio has been the best and most informative tech we have had so far and highly recommend him. He will be our requested tech on future appointments. Thank you Julio!!!

Very happy with our service from Chinook today. German is a knowledgeable and friendly tech and took the time to help me (finally!) install the app for my equipment so that I can control the thermostat from my phone. Life changing! He also went through all the settings to troubleshoot an issue we have been dealing with for over 2 years. He was able to identify the settings that were incorrect (from the vast multitude) and we are expecting great performance and comfort now from our system. Very glad we are with Chinook and a big thanks to German who deserves an award for answering all my questions with such a professional and courteous attitude!

They did an AWESOME JOB! They were early 7:30am, which was good because it got hotter as the day went on! They were polite, efficient, & I’m very happy😃They came highly recommended & didn’t disappoint!! Uriel De La Luz was very professional, polite, timely, and overall amazing. Helped us get our older a/c system going again. I'm so grateful that he was able to get us on the schedule quickly and resolve our issues completely. Antonio from Chinook did a great job with HVAC maintenance and answered all our questions. Julio came for a follow-up visit to replace a part on our gas fireplace and showed me how to access the glass for cleaning. He also fixed some peeling paint inside the fireplace since it maybe had too light of a coating during manufacture. Both guys were friendly and efficient.
On top of the excellent in-home service, I am very pleased with Chinook's communication. They return calls!! Also, they send out a reminder via text the day before the appointment. Another text on the day of the appointment to indicate the time they've been dispatched to my home (within a 4 hour window which was confirmed when I originally made the appointments). Excellent service. I plan to call them soon to schedule duct cleaning.
