We always have great service and today was no exception. Julio made sure that everything that was explained was understood and he covered everything. We signed up for the maintenance plan and he was very helpful!

I called this am with issue & they had a repair tch there by 5:15pm. Victor was knowledgeable and quickly fixed freon leak issue. Disappointed that we had just had our routine system serviced 1 mo ago by a different tech.

We manage a lot of rental properties and use Chinook for a lot of system replacements, emergency calls, and general maintenance. We are always pleased with their professionalism with out tenants and promptness with getting all aspects scheduled.

Consistently, the communication is great and the professionalism equally so. My problem was resolved and I really appreciated the time the technician took to talk me through some answers to miscellaneous questions I had about our new system.

We have a three zone, damper modulated, sophisticated heat pump system. We had an issue with the compressor speed and damper modulation operating optimally. We called Shelly at the office, and she got Victor, the technician, for these types of systems, to come to our house the day we called. Shelly always gets action for our needs immediately.
Victor is a very competent technician on these high end systems. He came to our home at 8 o’clock at night instead of making us wait until the next day as we were in cold weather. He did his diagnostic work, verified his diagnosis with the factory and reprogrammed the entire system to alleviate the issues. He took the time to explain in depth what the problem was so we could better understand it.
Both Shelly and Victor are very customer oriented in meeting our needs as quickly as possible and are extremely pleasant, polite and courteous during the whole process. They are two of the reasons Chinook HVAC is a great company.
