Anthony was very professional extremely knowledgeable a joy to be in my home. He was clean friendly you would be glad to have him as one of your own family members! We thought we may have a problem so he had to talk to the office listening to him talk to the office once again he was professional polite and was able to communicate extremely well what was going on. He got the problem taken care of and I was more than happy. Most of their technicians that we have had over the years have all been great. We renewed our service contract and will continue to use them

8/18/2022 Antonio was here for our tune up today. He made sure everything is working perfectly! He changed a part and it is working great. He is very courteous and professional. I appreciate that so much.

Only issue we have is that we pay for the tune ups every 6 months and I had to call for an appointment, they didn't call us.... it was 2 months late.
Need better office communications

My A/C went out and Chinook was able to send someone out the same day. Rigoberto was very professional and took the time to explain the problem and the solution. Now my system runs better than it did when we bought the house in 2019.

Fantastic service by Uriel of Chinook Heating. Professional, intelligent and timely service at a fair price. Methodical trouble shooting, repairs and maintenance were completed in a short period this morning as scheduled.

Chinook offered us the opportunity to purchase a maintenance program that includes maintenance and complete inspections of our heating and air conditioning systems every 6 months for a very reasonable price. Antonio (service rep) came out today and did a very thorough job. Professional and friendly service. Highly recommend Chinook. Great service and peace of mind.

I've had Ronald perform our semi-annual maintenance twice and he's been awesome both times. He does a great job making sure everything is in order, thoroughly explains any issues that need to be taken care of and goes above and beyond what I'd expect from a "simple" maintenance visit. I highly recommend these guys for any and all heating or AC needs!

They are still working on my fireplace. It’s had issues, but I’m confident Uriel De La Luz will fix it. I trust this company.
