Chinook heating has horrible customer service. One tech was scheduled to be here. I received the text that he had arrived. I assumed that he was checking the outdoor equipment prior to coming in the house. After 10 minutes, I went to the front door to check on the tech. As I opened the front door he drove off. I called the office and spoke to Nichole. She was supposed to investigate and call me back. It never happened. Today was another appointment. They were to be here between 2 and 3. At 3:25 I received the text that they were on their way. At 3:45 when no one arrived, I called the office to cancel as I have a late afternoon appointment tonight. Horrible customer service. Not recommended….

Rigoberto did an excellent job performing his maintenance and thermostat replair. He was very professional and did not dilly dally.

Carlos always does great. He is always curtious and pleasant. He arrives within the time specified. He gets right to work and when the job is completed picks up the area.

Andres was the HVAC Technician that gave my HVAC a spring checkup. He was professional and very polite. He did a good job.
