Chinook Heating & Air

Francisco did a great job as have the other technicians that have been here. Sad thing is that the technicians have had to come to repair the shoddy installation. Five stars for technicians, one for installation.

Our 1st tech we felt was untrained and did not even do the basics of even replacing the air filter that was next to our furnace or sign the maintenance sheet on the furnace unit. Then checked our house and pool heat/AC. Had to have another tech come out as pool heat & AC pump was not working.Thank goodness Germaine came out. He knew immediately what the problem was and fixed it plus spent time making sure all our units were working correctly!

AC wasn't do it what it should, Carlos came out and identified the problem, unfortunately it will need a different tech to do the fix. He loaded us up with freon for a band. Very nice fellow.

I really appreciated all of the photos that Rigo took so that he could show me what he found. Pictures are worth a thousand words and they helped me to see exactly what he was talking about as he explained his suggested repairs.

He seriously worked so hard to check out every aspect of what was going on.

Then he worked equally as hard to make sure that his repairs actually fixed the problems.

We were having trouble with our AC not kicking on. Eddie came out and figured out the problem pretty quickly and took care of the problem fast and efficiently. Very professional and well mannered. Thanks Eddie!

I had a great experience. I hired Chinook to help us replace the outside unit under manufactures warranty and they did a great job. I feel they went above and beyond to help repair someone else’s shoddy work.

Original contractor we hired for new ADU construction had one of their subs install our heat pump. They did a horrible job (couldn’t get them to even level the unit) and the outside unit failed in less than two years.

We are very satisfied with the install of our new HVAC from Chinook. Alfa came to give us the quote and she helped us find a better location for the new system. Very helpful and efficient. The guys who installed today worked hard in the freezing weather and the new system is working great! Very thankful especially since it is suppose to be 12 degrees tonight. We love our new system and how quiet it is too. Thank you Chinook!
