Americool Heating & Air Conditioning

I had a great experience with Americool! They went above and beyond to help us in an emergency with a carbon monoxide issue in my home. The owner personally took the time to try and identify the issue and spent a good deal of time answering my questions. I will be using their service for all of my HVAC needs in the future.

They installed my unit in 2019. The whole team and process was fantastic. Since then any issues have been dealt with quickly. I appreciate everyone there! I always will recommend them for any services!

Americool has been great at addressing concerns! There'd been a hiccup or two getting someone over during my installation but they were quick to send someone out within the hour once they were aware. They'll be my go-to from now on. Service was quick, kind, and great price. Thank you!

AC never fails at a good time. 90 degrees in the house and rising - absolutely miserable. But Jason from Americool took the time to diagnose the problem, then fix the problem, then find out what caused the problem. This required a part he’d have to order…except he took the time to search around Tri cities and locate the part so he could finish the repair same day. We’re back to 70 degrees and appreciating it more than ever.

Mini split was installed in my newly constructed home and failed during heat wave right before warranty expired . D/t workload they were unable to come out right away but honored the warranty even though it was out of date by the time they came out. My home is 3 hours out of area and they made a few trips out here. Finally figured out I had a "lemon" and replaced it. Jason came out and put heat tape to keep fan from freezing on cold weather. All techs very kind, patient and professional. So thankful they were able to finally fix the issue!
