Thank you to Jeffery - awesome customer service. Tried to troubleshoot our AC to avoid having to bill us on a Sunday evening. When it still wasn’t working, he said he’d be over in about an hour. Friendly, professional. Would recommend.

Great company and really well done work on install and trim on there end. Beto and Johnathan did a fantastic job on the fireplace.

I had Americool run a gas line to my kitchen. They were just the best. The person who had to work in the attic on an extremely hot day, they call him "G" was so professional and polite. This is during the time of Covid19 and he wore a mask during the entire time. He ran into a few problems while installing the line but he called his supervisor, James, who came out right away to give him advise. I had such a positive experience with everyone I encountered. I highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend, extremely happy !!!! Tech showed up on time and fixed issues right away. Very pleasant experience. Tech was very knowledgeable and polite. Turned a bad day into a good day. Will be calling again if I ever need more work done. Best experience ever !!!
