Carlos was professional, prompt and thorough when looking into our HVAC system. We heard a rattling noise when our system would turn on and off, Carlos was here for about 30 minutes and checked our entire system. He provided recommendations to change our filters and assured us that the rattling was just the force of the air running through our system. Very reasonable pricing to have him come out to do a diagnostic check! Would absolutely recommend this company and will use them in the future if need be.

My a.c. went out on one of the hottest days of the year. They were able to get a tech out same day and he got here about 2 hours earlier than first estimated. The tech was very friendly and had a good idea what the problem was before he arrived. After testing to confirm his diagnosis (he was spot on) he fixed the problem very quickly. He even gave me a few maintenance tips to prolong the life of the system.

Chinook team was extremely helpful by telephone. Julio arrived on time and was great at answer questions and concerns. Explained how to check to make sure filters and cleaned and walked me through some basic routine maintenance I didn’t know I should be doing often. Great to have come out and service out unit! Would use again no question about it!!!
