Great service today. Christian and Andres were very professional and thoughtful throughout their maintenance procedures.

He was very courteous and polite at all times and clearly explained what he would be doing. He also answered any questions I had.

Uriel addressed my issue and did a great job solving it. I really appreciate it.

This is my third appointment using Chinook. I thought the first appointment ever was good and very thorough, etc. (First appointment Chinook saw this system + after we purchased and it needed an insane amount of cleaning), the second seemed more routine - it was very quick.

For this appointment, (while supposed to be routine) Christian Aguilar-Amirez was the most thorough technician I have ever seen. To be honest, it feels like a crime how much time and effort he put in compared to the rate I paid (prepaid comfort+ so no additional cost to me for "overtime"). Not that I know how to inspect these things, but he got every bit of dirt, dust, debris, etc out of my system. He resecured my thermostat to my wall (it was a little loose), which I honestly never even thought about - the little things, y'know? He did a bunch of other things I frankly don't understand because I don't know HVAC. And he replaced my capacitor, which was $179 ($210 without my membership discount - part plus labor, I assume) for those curious.

He spent the morning making sure my system was ready for our lovely summer heat, and I appreciate every minute he spent working on it, and I hope this review reflects well for any employee review or whatever they do, because I feel like Christian knocked my expectations out of the park.

I didn't realize this would write over my previous review, but oh well...

Just want to say thank you to are service technician Carlos for taking the time to explain everything to us and doing a thorough job inspecting or system he was very professional and friendly would highly recommend this company!

We had an emergency of a failed AC. The appointment was made for the next day and technician Carlos arrived promptly and diagnosed and made the repairs. He was very courteous and did a great job! Thank you very much for the quick response and professional service. We highly recommend Chinook Heating and Air Conditioning!

The technician arrived, was courteous, and professional in troubleshooting our problem with the AC/HEATER not responding to temperature settings or registering correct outside tempt.. He also shared with me how to reset the unit if it happens again.

Uriel did a great job fixing my AC. He diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repairs. Everything is cool again.

Used them again, Julio was awesome!

Friday night 10pm, awesome tech answers the phone first ring, here in no time, AC fixed in 20 minutes for a totally reasonable price. I will not do business with anyone else. Alex is the man!
