Francisco JR Castellanos was very professional and explained what services he would be providing then went right to work. I really appreciated his thoroughness He answered questions and provided tips and suggestions for maintaining my system to continue good performance. I look forward to having my system serviced again in the fall.

Christian and Andres were extremely polite and professional. From the ti.e they arrived they were very attentive to issues we were having with our system thermostat, and outside unit. They went right to work and explained everything they did to make our HVAC run more efficiently. I appreciate their time and service.

This company is phenomenal! Alfa, Julio, Pedro, Carlos, and Heriberto are amazing and incredibly hard workers. Cole is generous and kind, and literally saved us this summer. I can’t recommend them enough.

Our AC system went out this spring and after calling Chinook they took such good care of us. We had an ancient relic that finally died, and they replaced it with a gorgeous, efficient, and quiet unit. The installation was done in a day, and is simple to use.

Alfa was so kind to me, and I’ll never forget how much relief I felt knowing that my family wasn’t going to struggle in the heat this summer. I have experienced heat stroke twice in my lifetime, and the possibility that we wouldn’t have access to AC was terrifying.

Chinook has great technicians and services. We just renewed our membership because of the stellar service provided by our technician, Julio. He demonstrated the behavior you want from someone entering your home. Fantastic job.

Service rep Mr Vazquez arrived early with e-mail advanced notice, no waiting for hours like last company used. Detailed diagnostics, found issues that last company called for a system failure didn't identify. He was able to restore heating function, give detailed final repair costs and risk of other degradation for a 20 year old system running with the defects identified. Prompt replacement options estimate from company for informed decision. Was highly recommended by coworker and I will do the same.

Julio at Chinook is very professional and knowledgeable. He has been out a few times and can quickly get to the root of a HVAC problem. He always goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied. I completely trust his skills and expertise.

Francisco did a great job! Kept us in the loop and let us know how all the equipment was running. We were able also to renew our contract right after. Great job and great hvac tech!

Have had Julio Castaneda come out two times to my house now, one for a yearly service and for a repair. He has been great each time. Super friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommend

Had a service call scheduled for weeks. Day before the technician is supposed to be arrive. We get a call saying they cant make the scheduled appointment. Use another business that's more reliable, avoid Chinook Heating & Air.
