Bobs N' Rhodes

Bob Rhodes might as well be called Bob Suspicious! This is how they installed a mini split in my garage after spending almost $5,000 yes they drilled through an exterior wall stud and as you can tell many toggle bolts but only 2 of the 9 toggle bolts were actually holding the unit to the wall! I ended up having to hire another company to move the unit because Bob Rhodes would never return my phone calls. Run away! They don’t support there work! I have tried calling multiple times I have left messages with the receptionist and no one ever calls me back. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!

UPDATE! - I spoke with Casey back on July 29, 2022 who was appalled that they did this work and said they would promptly fix it. As you are reading this I still haven't been contacted by Casey or anyone about actually fixing the problem they have caused. Talk about awful customer service. - I will update this post if Bob Rhodes EVER ACTUALLY FIXES THE PROBLEM!

Update - April 8, 2023 = The supposed owner "Casey" has called me one time (July 29) said they would take care of it and has completely ghosted me from that point forward. I can't stress this enough to anyone in this market, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THERE WORK and you will be forced to deal with there issues on your own and pay for them.

I will continue to update this review every few months until the issue is resolved, hopefully by sharing my horror story with them it will reflect on all of the shortcomings that come with Bob Rhodes and reading this review will encourage you to look elsewhere for your next project. As you can see below they are quick to respond to bad Google feedback, but never actually remedy the problem.

Since gramps moved in, every morning I'd wake up my house would smell like road kill. The rancid smell from the kitchen was diving me nuts. I was on the verge of putting him in a nursing home. That's where Cass and her team stepped in to install a much needed ventilation hood in my kitchen. On top of that, they set me up with a brand new heating and cooling unit to tame the elements. Not only did they save my sanity, they saved my family. Gramps is now enjoying his new place at the old folks home and I'm kicking back in my nice ac! Thanks Bob Rhodes!

AC unit was 25 years old and needed replaced. Cassie hooked us up with a new Trane. It works great. The people at Bob Rhodes are very knowledgeable and efficient.

Great service and friendly technicians. They were available the same day when my system broke down. Yay!!

I have been doing business with Bob Rhodes heating and A/C for over 25 years and they have never let us down. We used them for A/C and heating for our business for 25 years and then install heat pump for our home. We have always had top notch service, installs and repairs. Recently we had A/C go out on Sunday afternoon Labor Day weekend, there was very good / easy communication with office and service to be able to get repair done in a timely manner. I have very old dogs that do not do well with heat, Bob Rhodes company had AC repaired and up and running next day by 10 am. It gives us peace of mind knowing there is a business that can acknowledge and appreciate customers needs.

It took only three hours for the crew at Rhodes to run a new gas line from the basement, up through the floor above, through the cabinet to the new gas stove top we had purchased. Everything is hidden and the stove top looks and works perfect. Can't ask for more than that. Great job guys!

Stay away from this business if you don’t want to get charged an exorbitant price. They charged me $513.60 to unplug a clogged condensate line with a single CO2 cartridge that took less than 15 minutes. Apparently $320 of that was “Travel,” and the rest “Labor”. When I called to question the bill, the receptionist agreed that my complaint was reasonable and said that she would take it up with the billing person. Nobody ever got back to me, despite repeated calls on my part. What irked me as much as the excessive charge was the way I was repeatedly ignored, despite what I felt was a reasonable query. I will stay away from this business in the future.

Would recommend this place 10/10 got me in last minute to check my AC Unit and even showed up hours before they were expected. Their worker Sebastian did a great job and got my unit working in no time and is working better than ever. Very affordable!!
