The technician from Bruce Heating came out, cleaned and verified that our system is running well for an old unit. He recommended a filtration system that could help with viruses and dust in the house. We are going to look in to this when we replace the unit for sure. The tech was fast, efficient and friendly! Thank you for the great service!

The technicians were professional, hard working, and thorough. We installed a new HVAC system. The city inspector stopped by and was impressed at how nice the insulation wrap was done. Love our new hvac! We’ve used Bruce Heating and Air maintenance for many years. We had several companies bid on the project and happy with choosing Bruce. Unit is working great!

Jeremy was great and was quick with all the various bid options that we needed. We installed a split system in two of our bedrooms and we couldn't have been happier with how every part of the install (electrical/mechanical) was done as quickly as possible but still looks like it has always been there. We will be getting our main HVAC system replaced in a year or two as its over 15 years old and we will go nowhere else than Bruce Heating and Air!!!

Thank you Ryan Young for replacing our entire HVAC system GREAT service! The Service Tech was out the same day that we called after it went down to look at the unit. Diagnostic was successful, the news wasn't good, but they were right on it! The new equipment was ordered, installed and tested, we're happy that we upgraded our system. We love our new Lenox Unit. Ryan also submitted our rebate, we'll received a $875 rebate on the new unit. Thanks... Ryan!

We had a scheduled appointment from 1-3 pm, technician didn't arrive until 6pm! I had to call the after hours line a couple of times to ask what was going on. I was not very happy because they didn't arrive on time. I understand 10-15 minutes late but a couple of hours late, without notice is not acceptable! But I ended up waiting 5 hours for someone to arrive to my house. That does not include the time it took the technician to fix the problem. However, I do have to say the on call receptionist and the technician themselves were nice/ friendly, and helpful. They fixed my furnace. I gave them 3 stars because of the waiting time, and communication. It would be nice if they call customers when running late. Also to receive a discount or have the diagnostic fee waived for all the inconvenience.

Everything went smooth. I put a trouble call in. The technician was on time and fixed the problem. He told me exactly what he found and what he did to fix it. He explained what services we should have to prevent problems in the future. He told us about Bruce's service plans as well.

These are the people my apartment decided to use when I had a failed condensate pump on a mini split and within a few hours of diagnosing the issue Greg went out and got a new pump and got it installed. He was very kind and explained things to me when I asked even though I asked a lot of questions. He also did a once over on the unit and fixed small problems that have been here since the unit was installed. I'm very happy with Bruce Air and will request my management to continue working with them.

Matt was a friendly and wonderful technician. He did his job professionally and completely. He answered all my questions and explained what he was doing. Very pleased with his work and hope Bruce keeps him around.

We have an annual plan for checking the performance of our heating and air conditioning system. Bruce technicians come to our home twice each year to assess and adjust the furnace and A/C. Their service is courteous and efficient and assures that there will be no breakdowns at inconvenient times. We are very satisfied with their work.
