My AC kept turning on and off. Bruce came out and removed a safety switch in the attic that they said we didn’t need, because we had 2. I had called them to verify this info, because my mother lives there and she didn’t understand why that would have anything to do with it turning on/off. 3 weeks later the AC still turns off and then on, an hour or two later. Because my 80 yr old mother lives there, I thought it was just her getting confused until I was there one day. I called Bruce to tell them the SAME issue was happening and could they send me the invoice of what they did. She agreed and took my address. She did not offer for a tech to come take a look again, didn’t offer any explanation, nothing. Very disappointed in the tech and the office staff who answered my call.

I want to update my review, I called back and talked with someone completely different and got a completely different response. She heard me and listened and is willing to help resolve the problem. This is the ‘Bruce’ that we’ve known for years, Thank You Jennifer for your attention!
