When I called the office, they were pleasant and helpful. Made a quick appointment. The gentleman arrived on time, was wearing a mask, was very friendly and got right to work. He was quick but thorough. He was able to give me my bill and a receipt before he left. They are a great place to do business.

John D did a maintenance service on our unit the other day and we were very pleased with his visit. He was courteous, professional, and friendly, all at the same time. He also made fast friends with our little Shih Tzu, Lady.

Today it was David, who put the doors back on the closet that houses my unit, and made sure I would stay warm all winter. Chase from the Kennewick came over and was very friendly and informative. He first checked everything over and figured out my thermostat was not connecting properly. He installed a new one and
gave me lots of information on what was happening before he put it in.
He was very helpful as I learned a lot from him and he explained every
step of the repair to me so I knew what was happening. He also showed
me about the new thermostat and made sure i knew how to work it before he left. I was very happy with his service, friendliness and willingness to take the time and explain everything. I would recommend him anytime.

David, our technician came out to do our scheduled heat pump maintenance. He was so patient and informative with all of our questions (and we had many) :)
He put all our concerns to rest. We'll be requesting him for all our future heating, ac and fireplace needs.

During one of our famous Eastern Washington heat waves we noticed our HVAC system was not working properly. We had a technician come out from a different company and learned that our system was on it's last leg. That same company quoted us an astronomical amount to replace the whole system. Feeling like we were being taken advantage of, we reached out to a couple of other companies for quotes as well. After getting quotes from 2 other companies and still not getting great quotes, we decided to reach out to Chris and Jeremy at Bruce to see if they could help us out. They came in lower than all of the other companies with great quality products available. Jeremy was super easy to work with and he set everything up very quickly for us. When it came time for the installation, the crew was very easy to work with as well. The guys were very professional, quick, and efficient. They replaced our whole system in under their estimated time and updated many things to give it a cleaner, better appearance than what our system had before. Everything was cleaned up and left in great condition. They went over and explained everything to us so that we knew about the new system before they left. 10/10 would recommend again to anyone looking for any kind of HVAC needs. These guys will take care of you just like they did for us!

I have been a happy client of Bruce Heating and Air for 12 years! I have always been satisfied with the stellar service I received. Scheduling is always smooth and prompt and most importantly, I've never felt like they were recommending unnecessary services. I love their honest and consistent approach! We had the opportunity to have our 30 year old AC system fail at the peak of summer. A 100+ degrees out and the people at Bruce wasted no time sending a tech to diagnose the problem. The technician’s skill was impressive I was sure that the blower from the early 80’s would never run again. The system was 15 years past it’s prime. Impressively the tech got us going. We knew it was time to update. Ryan was a ton of help getting a system picked out. He always was quick to return our calls and answer questions throughout the process.They installed the new system quickly, professionally and had our new Lennox Heat Pump/AC Smart system running great. I would without a doubt refer Bruce Heating to anyone needing a new system or just need maintenance on an existing one.

It's slow going trying to wiggle into the schedule and get parts sometimes. We waited a week in the summer heat for a system to arrive and be installed. Now we're waiting in the cold for the same 4 month old system to be repaired and we're told it's going to be a few days.
I'm not completely sold on their systems anymore considering ours hasn't lasted a full year. They can be pretty pricey.
The employees that I've interacted with have all been extremely professional and polite. They are very knowledgeable. It's always a good interaction. It just seems like there's not quite enough of them.
