Jacobs and Rhodes Heating and Air Conditioning

Great experience with the team at Jacobs and Rhodes! We have used them for routine service for years but unfortunately needed a new furnace this year. We have a unique system and they were able to accommodate all our needs. Cost was reasonable. Sales and install team were respectful of our home and schedules. They will continue to service our hvac system.

Today on the installation of my new heat pump, Hank and Max did an excellent job, ably supported by a great team from Empire Electric. Great teamwork and lots of hard work got it done--and done early! Beautiful workmanship that has made my house safer and more comfortable for years to come. Very impressive personnel from J&R, as always! Best regards to Hank and Max, and thanks for a job well done!!

Gave a estimate to install another heat/AC head. They didn't know if they had one that was only 36" wide. Myself, I couldn't go wider in that spot as it would stick out into the window. Although my husband said different I do not want it sticking out, or lower down on the wall in that spot. Maybe in the future they would make some that were smaller in width.
Other than that they did a great job installing the ductless heating and cooling system. No complaints really. I would recommend them to anyone. They have great maintenance guys too. We'd use them again.

I want to give Hank, Max, and Javier a big thumbs up. They were professional, courteous and responsive to the needs of the customer.
It was actually like they weren't there. Obviously, there is going to be some noise based on the type of work being done, however; I really didn't notice it.

One thing. Don't ever use those cards anymore with the QR codes. You know what I mean.

Tim was very professional and answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable and fixed my issue fast. He was honest and up front about the condition of my hvac and ac unit. He even helped me take pictures of the damage so I could send it to my partner. I would definitely recommend this company!
