Heating unit for lower house was not working. Currently had a boarder living there. Middle of July, hot, hot... After calling for service Eric came by the very next day, morning. Tried a fix to help save money. Week later same problem. We bypassed the estimate and work schedule and he returned in a couple of days to fix it. All fixed and good.

KC took time with me in explaining the transition from a wood burning fireplace to a gas insert. I visited the showroom unannounced, and he interrupted his work to show me around, and explain further. KC followed the progress of the install. Everything was very smooth.

We have a service agreement with Apollo, and have never been disappointed with their service or professionalism. They come Spring and Fall to make sure we are ready for the next season, and they have kept our equipment running long past its "expiration date".

The original new construction HVAC system install in my home was done by Apollo about eight years ago. The system design is poorly done resulting in uneven heating throughout the house. Recently and in the last few years the flexible ducting separates from the registers and manifolds so the conditioned air is blown into the attic space, not in house. Tape was used instead of the large zip ties to attach the ducting.
