Apollo Heating & Air Conditioning

Our air conditioning system stopped working on Tuesday. I called Apollo on Wednesday and they were able to send a technician to our house that afternoon. I was told the technician would arrive between 2:00 - 4:00 pm and that I would be called first. At around 2:15 pm I received a call from Patricia who said she would arrive in about 20 minutes. Upon arrival, she was in a mask as required. Patricia was friendly, professional, and found the issue quickly (the capacitor). She also did a thorough check of all the systems, performed a cleaning of the coils (which hasn't been cleaned for 10 years) and left us with a working unit that was more efficient. I am extremely happy with the service provided.

I was extremely pleased with the work that Ruben did. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure that everything was in great shape before leaving. He has great customer service. I love Apollo and their team. Thanks for the great service you have given me in over 10 years now.

I've used Apollo since I moved to the Tri-Cities 6 years ago and have always had great service. The last two visits I've seen Miguel and I'm so impressed with the quality of his work as well as his superb customer service. He is a terrific young man working hard to meet his goals and I'm pleased to see Apollo investing in this young man. Good job all around!

The service guys were great. They were on time, and friendly, and I trust they did great work. The problem I had was with Apollo's scheduling department. My service required parts order and replacement, and the scheduler was not willing to schedule the install until after the parts arrived. This resulted in no AC for just short of a month. If the scheduler had done their job, this would have been a third of that time. I am happy with the work performed, but I am hesitant to have them do work for me in the future because of their bad scheduling practices.

Eric did a fabulous job with the repair of our Carrier ac unit... He was right on time.... called ahead to give us his arrival time... he diagnosed the problem within a few minutes! What a professional!! Had the repair completed very quickly! Rock on Appollo! With Techs like Eric out here taking care of the homeowner... you have nothing to worry about! Obie was prompt, professional and went out of his way to get our furnace fixed when it was 7 degrees outside, even working overtime. He was able to locate the needed part locally and went to pick it up. He was respectful to us and of our home, cleaning up before he left. We could not give higher praise to Obie and will request him for any future HVAC work at our home.

Had my AC unit go out on the hottest day of the summer. After calling 3 other HVAC companies to come today Apollo was able to quickly fit me in today. The technician Obie was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all my questions with expertise and found the problem with the AC unit fairly quickly. He was able to temporarily fix it to get us cool air while the part we need will arrive by tomorrow and will be installed (yay that had the part in stock) so great experience with Apollo company and Obie the technician and he did a fantastic job!
