After having a bad experience elsewhere, and being new to tritcitires i, we were referred to Apollo from a person who used to work there.
I was so happy we called here! Eric was phenomenal and they don't nickel and dime you. Very professional, prompt and great customer service.
I will be using them for all future HVAC needs.

Obie did a great job. He was prompt, kept everything clean and neat, he fixed the problem we had with our air conditioning and had it back and running like new. It was a pleasure having him do the job. Thank you.

Eric VanAlstine is a fabulous HVAC technician. He came into our house and assessed the situation promptly and thoroughly. He was very pleasant and as knowledgeable about the business as anyone I have ever met. He thankfully was able to restore the air conditioning at our house before the 100 plus temperatures hit the Tri-Cities, essentially saving us from a lot of sleepless nights. Apollo is a great company, with outstanding, personable staff and Mr. VanAlstine is a wonderful asset who will hopefully work there for years to come. If I could go higher than five stars on this review, I certainly would because it is well deserved!

I had Apollo for the semi annual maintenance of my heat pump. The tech discovered that 80% of the refrigerant was gone. He thoroughly explained the various options including the estimated time to correct the problem if possible at all. All went well and I am delighted to say that we are not replacing the heat pump and that we were getting 48 degree air upon completion. I want same tech back in the future!!

I've been very pleased with the quality of people that Apollo sends out to my personal residence for installation, maintenance and service. Today was no exception
This afternoon Juan Juarez was sent out for a routine service call
He showed up on time, stayed until he job was complete and performed the work safely.
He detected a problem with a start capacitor on my heat pump. Whereby he explained to me in a manner that I could easily understand exactly what the problem was. This start capacitor had not failed yet. But was operating at approx. 40% of what it should have been. I believe that his action saved me an additional service call along with the discomfort of a broke down heat pump right in the middle of a sweltering heat wave. Juan performed above and beyond the status quo in his service of my heat pump. And I look forward to future appointments for all my HVAC requirements by him.

My family had just came home from a weeks vacation at the coast and the house was a burning 98 degrees. My parents had called Apollo and Eric came within the hour with a smile and a happy attitude. He was in and out pretty quick and we were back to a nice air conditioned house. Thanks Eric!

Apollo sent OBIE over to perform maintenance on both our home and our office HVAC units. He is a 'Rock Star'... knowledgeable, capable, full of enthusiasm for the work he does, and POLITE. What a great tech! Apollo is lucky to have him.

I was really pleased with Eric and the Apollo team. They came out performed service and even found a disconnected duct line. That fix alone will make my home system operate much more efficiently. Great job and great friendly service!

I have a new home and had some issues I needed help with. Daniel was the person who answered the service call. One issue was my kitchen exhaust vent which was blowing some insulation and not drawing very well. He quickly assessed the problem, sealed up the air leak and cleaned up the insulation. The second issue was just a programming issue with my home thermostat but he resolved it and took the time to help me understand my system. He was on time, friendly, energetic, knowledgable, professional, clean, quick to problem-solve, and generally just a joy to have in my home. I would highly recommend this company--especially if Daniel is your tech.
