I have worked for Apollo Co. for a little over 2 years. I have been a union member over 30 & helped start a great union service/ test & balance business with another union member right out of Apprentiship then sold & early 90’s started my own service Co. also signitory to the union. I ran my own Co. for 24 great years, raising my 3 little children, allowing my wife to not work outside the home & sending my sweet children to private school then college. Self employment also allowed me many great trips abroad following my passion of scuba diving all over the world & taking my family to some of the most remote places on the planet. But has life sends up many unforseen cercomstances I ended up single & closed my very successful co to seek new adventures. The Apollo co was very geacious to me in allowing me to continu doing the work I know & Love to do, Apollo has some of the most talented & highly motavated people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. At Apollo your not just a number but part of a team all performing geat services to many individuals, company’s, public & private agencies. OK all the above is to say that I still get many calls from old customers & of course happily send them on to 1 of the nice ladies that work in the Apollo dispatch department. Since I love great customer service i like to check back to make sure the Apollo service department satisfied their problem. Im happy to report that I cannot think of even 1 customer that has not been 100% satisfied with the Apollo service. Now also understand that Apollo is way more than a HVAC service Co. Bennie over at the sheet metal shop provide service for the walk in customers, providing custom fabrication that has helped many friends & family with all kinds of custom fabrication sheet metal to heavy welding & you name it they can do it & in a timley manner. The air condition was not working in high temps. Eric came and called along the way to give me an ETA, gave me his thoughts of the problem and took the coil back to have tested. He then called to inform me the condition (bad) and promised to call Sunday (had to order parts) to let me know he would be there Monday morning. He was professional, courteous, informative, & kind

Thank you Alex for the great job of servicing out mini split units. Alex performed steps that none of the other techs had ever done. Worked clean - didn't leave any mess behind of any kind. Hope we get him in the spring for our spring servicing.

The Apollo Residential Service Dept. did a great job on my maintenance. Juan went over and above cleaning up my furnace area and system. Furnace is in a tight, cramped area and he did the best job making sure everything was clean and advising me that my fan motor might need to be replaced in the future. Thanks Apollo and Juan.

I would lie to give your service tech Eric VanAlstine who came to our home and fixed our heating system as the back up heating system was not coming on during a serious cold spell. He found what was wrong and prompting fixed it. But, the best part about Eric is his ability to explain how the system works. He is knowledeable, patient and takes the time to answer questions. A fine example in this day and age. He would certainly make a great customer service trainor. I hope you are paying him what he is worth! Thanks so much Eric!

Our Rocky Heights Elementary HVAC upgrade went exactly as planned. The project was managed by Tanner Tobin. This project came in on time and on budget. Great Job Tanner. I would recommend Apollo Heating & Air to anyone looking for a quality project that was delivered as promised
