Dean came out and gave us a qoute. Was very professional and even talked about how the owner takes care of his employees. Needed a new system. This was a Wednesday. Monday the crew came with the new system. Nick, Tyler, and Haden got here on time and in less than 4 hours the whole unit was replaced. They where great. I ask questions and they explained everything and even went into detail about what the purpose of the test they where doing. They even sealed up something on my other unit that was not even part of the install. They showed pride in their work as well as the company they work for. Awesome local business and look forward to using them for maintenance and I recommend them to anyone.

We recently moved into a new residence knowing that our A/C was on its last leg but was hoping to get through one season with it. Nope... 2020 had its own intentions. We called Smileys to come do a checkup just to see what I was getting into and onsite they had to condemn the system. It was cracking around the bolts and was about to fall into the cage. It was unfortunate but had to be done. I had 3 quotes and not only did they beat everyone on the pricing on the unit, they were cheaper even after some requests to move the unit and some construction to get the old unit out of the attic.

After signing up with them, they were kind enough to provide a couple window units to try and get us through until the install. THIS WAS HUGE for me!

Now after a month of having the new unit they have been super helpful dealing with my home insurance in getting some reimbursement that will cut the cost of my unit in HALF! I could not say anything more about the choice to go with this company.

They are upfront about everything, honest, professional, and will go above and beyond to help out a customer. As a business owner myself, I was very impressed with the way they handle their customers even after the job was finished. They have a customer for life.

Smiley's did a wonderful job on our system installation. Mason B was our foreman and he and his assistant Matt were professional, considerate, cleaned up after themselves each day. They surveyed the project, made a plan and worked their plan. I would recommend Smiley's services to anyone in need.

We were very pleased with the professional and courteous service that Nick, Justin and Nolan provided. They kept us informed on the job and worked very hard. They also cleaned up the site better than any other contractor ever has! Great price and highly recommend. Outstanding job and great experience.

All the guys that I met were very respectful. Brandon Dale and Nick we're top notch. I can honestly say that they truly care about their job. It's hard to find guys like that, I know because I'm a manager of Exterior source. They went above and beyond I couldn't ask for more. Unfortunately They weren't able to get it Up and running 100% but it was no fault of their own. Nick will be back out tomorrow to get it all finished up. Thanks and will recommend

Kurtis and his team were great!!!! After the initial diagnosis, they brought me two window units to help us stay comfortable enough to sleep. When the new unit pieces arrived, Smiley's showed up when they said they would and had it completed early the same day! The crew was very respectful and courious. I don't care what people say, Millennials are great when taught and given a chance! Great job Smiley's

After my first review I left because of problematic service I was quickly reached by Kurtis(gm). We had discussed what the problem was and was taken back by level of concern and willingness to rectify it. I am leaving 5 stars because of the commitment he had to make me the customer happy and also pinpoint areas that needed work. Not only did he want to refund the money but also go above and beyond to offer me a credit. I did not feel a refund was warranted because of the level of service he showed. I reached out to him because my ac was still noworking. this was on a Sat and he answered right away. Not only did he send a tech out twice he also got my ac running at no cost to me. I am thankful for this and I will continue to use their services and refer them as well. Thank you

Hayden was very professional and did a through inspection and cleaning of my systems. He checked for carbon monoxide leaks all over my house and even offered to change my filters.

Brad gave me my estimate and was great to work with. Jesse was the team leader of the crew who ripped my old ducts out and replaced them. His crew was awesome—fast and extremely respectful when coming into the house. I’m thrilled with the work that was done and will be recommending Smiley’s to anyone else who needs HVAC work! Every employee who I interacted with was friendly and professional.

We had a new carrier unit installed for our bedroom less than 4 years back by Michel & sons where they have Ad. about emergency service 24 hours, 7 days a week. We had all parts and labor warrantee for 10 yers for this unit. But tlast week-one of the hottest week- this unit stopped working and we called Michel & sons. We could get appointment after 2 weeks only. Being seniors with age of 80+ we could not wait for that long so we called Smiley's got their prompt service within 24 hours. This morning their technician came and checked the unit and told the capacitater had gone bad. Also told us that part cost $165 and he can replace it. He replaced it at once. He was very polite and came on time gave us excellent service. We are extremely happy with Smiley's heating and cooling and highly recommend to all to use this outfit.
