Smiley's Heating and Cooling

Wes did a great job! This is our first time using Smiley’s and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Wes was very thorough and discussed his inspection with us. Even though we’re a new customer, Wes had been here before and had all the notes and pictures from the work that had been done from the previous owner. We were very impressed!!

I had a new Trane heat pump System installed in my home this week. I was very impressed with The Crew that installed the system and their professionalism. Technicians Jonathan & Dale did an excellent job. Also the salesman Bruce was a top notch individual and very informative on the process. I heard great Satisfaction from family and friends that used Smileys in the past and Your Team Delivered again. I plan to contact Smiley in the fall to replace my aged duct work. First appointment with smileys technicians went great when our heat went out in 2022so we set up a maintenance plan with them. Hayden came out today for spring/summer AC checks. He let us know when he was on the way and was super respectful knowing we had a newborn baby in the house. He was quick and thorough and showed us pictures of issue he found. Happy with the service we received!

First I will start with the GM Kurtis. I had the privilege of meeting with Kurtis when I was looking for a company. I reached out to three companies. Two companies responded. Kurtis responded by text immediately and was at my house at the appointed time. I believed he treated me the way I believed he would have treated his mom. Thank you Kurtis. You sent three special young men out to do the job. Jeremy, Compton and Jacob. They were on time, so respectful, immediately I knew you sent the right persons. They were so efficient and the job was completed in less than 5 hours. They looked out for me as if I was their mom. Thank you Smiley’s (Kurtis, Jeremy, Compton and Jacob ) for a job well done.

Most recently (06-2023) Steven came out for our yearly HVAC inspection. He kept me abreast of what he was doing and why.
I always learn something when they come out. Steven was on time, friendly and professional. I always recommend Smiley’s and if you request Steven you will be delighted!

Bought our house one year ago, home was sold advertising new hvac. whole trance system is 3 years old. Previous owner had bought a labor warranty as well. As new home owners we were not informed to call and transfer warranty to us. Had an issue at the end of summer 22 and called smileys. Was informed the warranty was no longer valid because we didn’t transfer within 90 days they offered to schedule a visit at our cost. So they took the money for warranty from previous owner and wanted us to pay for them to look at it. It’s now July 1 2023 ac will not work on a 3 year old unit. Currently waiting in a hot house for an appointment (different company) on July 3. Company has no integrity, they only want your money. Avoid them

Hayden was outstanding in every sense of the word. Please send him to my home again ; no one else can't be as sincere, attentive to details and most mannerable as he is. He cares about doing his work well. Very organized; his tool box was neat and very organized and professional looking.He represents your business well. He aims for customer satisfaction. I was very impressed with the technicians and service they provided. I had an HVAC system installed and the technicians (Josh, Matt, and Brandon) were very professional and friendly. They were knowledgeable in reference to any questions I had on the system. Before leaving they made sure I knew how to use the new system and if I had any questions. Everything looked great and we are very happy with the service.
I would highly recommend Smiley's to anyone needing heating and cooling service. I'm so glad we went with this company and will continue to use your services in the future.

If anyone ever and I mean ever needs a/c and heating service- this is the company to use! Steve was amazingly thorough! Did such a good job, clean and courteous and on time! He left my system looking brand new! Everyone from the customer service to the techs are amazing. Thank Smiley’s literally put a smile on my face today!

Great company and service! Very Happy! Wes did a fantastic job and communicated in detail about the maintenance performed and the overall performance of my system. He also recommended upgrades in the past that helped to improve or protect my system (i.e. surge protectors). Highly recommend!
