Jeremy and Alex did a great job installing our HVAC system! They were prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They arrived as planned and worked diligently. The company is amazing. Kevin replaced the coil in my AC today after diagnosing the problem. He did an outstanding job. He completed the replacement in my attic, during a heat advisory. Professionalism and respect for you and your home was upmost and he went out of his way to make sure that he explained every detail to ensure that I understood everything. He even took photographs and showed me issues that he was explaining. I will definitely continue to use this company, hopefully years down the line simply because of how well I was treated and the competency of their employees. Great job Kevin and Smiley’s. Thank you.

Brandon was and his crew were very informative and was very proactive with every issue in the house. Also, he educated me on how to maintain my system, as well as the other crew members. Everyone was very nice and helpful with anything I needed. They even explained other services that your company offers, that would interest me in the future. Technician Zach called before appointment and arrived early which was great. He checked out my heat pump and soon found the problem. He took time to explain everything and answer any and all questions I had. Didn't take him long to correct the problem and get my air conditioning functioning again. He provided photos which I found informative. He was very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend Smiley's Heating and Cooling!

We have had very good experiences with Smiley's. Today's routine maintenance appointment was no different. The technician was very professional, on time, and detail orientated. She was thorough and took the time to give me a summary of the work she did and answer my questions. Highly recommended.

I have been extremely pleased with the services I received from Smiley's in Portsmouth. A year and a half ago a technician, Terry, came out when I was having a heating problem. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and made sure it was working...all within 40 minutes. He was very courteous and professional. This week (7/11/22) a technician, Dave, came out because I was having a problem with my AC. Results were nearly identical to the prior visit. Dave arrived when he said he would, found the problem within 10 minutes and ordered the necessary
part to fix it. He returned the next day, again the time he said he would, installed the new part in less than 15 minutes and then made sure everything was working like it should. Throughout the whole process, he was as courteous and professional as Terry was. Having such similar experiences with Smiley's technicians convinces me that they have an excellent program in place when hiring and/or training new personnel. We have used Smiley's for 5 years after we bought our home and realized we needed significant upgrades to our heating and cooling system. From their front office staff, to their technicians and sales team, they bring a consistent level of professionalism and friendliness that we value and appreciate. We have an annual maintenance agreement with them. They take the time to make sure we are satisfied and comfortable, and have tweaked things for us along the way after big installations, to make sure our system is working optimally for our specific needs. Smiley's really makes you feel like family.

We have had 3 dealings with Smileys this last year! They replaced a HVAC unit in one of our rentals, they replaced all of our duct work under our personal home and today we started our maintenance contract on our Gas Pack!
They were professional, on time, affordable and fulfilled all their promises.
