Smiley's Heating and Cooling

Just had a whole new system put in, start to finish everything about this project was what I wish all home projects could be like. Bruce came out and spent a good deal of time with us listening to what our issues were, and what we wanted out of a new system and he was able to recommend a system that would do exactly what we were looking for. Turn around time was perfect as we were on a tight schedule with family coming into town, they were able to accommodate that need as well. Brandon, and Campton, (and I'm sorry there was another gentleman on the second day that I can't remember his name but I'm equally grateful for) thank you so much for getting it done for us, even with an unforseen hiccup, and putting up with our dogs, and all my questions it was a pleasure inviting y'all into my home.

10/10. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Bruce was professional, kind ,and diligent. It was because of him that we ultimately decided to go with Smiley's over the other companies we asked to come out for estimates. He followed up when he said he would and made sure we knew we were valued customers. Our technicians, Matt C and Josh M, were punctual, polite, and did great work. They were even kind enough to bring our packages in before they left and turn off the lights.We had a complimentary service done on our unit a week later and that appt went great too. We will definitely use Smiley's for all our HVAC needs from here on out. Thank-you Smiley's!

Not sure how good of an HVAC company this is but they've got insane drivers who cut people off, swerve, speed and are on their phone on the highway. They also never answer their phone. Watch put for van #10 especially.

The techs at Smileys are always friendly and professional. Wes was my tech today and was great! Showed me pics he took of my hvac unit, and explained everything in detail. Highly recommend.

Everyone was very responsive, friendly, and very professional. They did an amazing job with cleaning up after themselves everyday. We had an old TRANE HVAC system replaced. It was a big messy job that took 3 days. However, they took away the fear and stress and answered every question. We trust them to also replace our tankless water heater soon. Spouse and I could not be more pleased and will use them again!

Hayden did a great job, then he tried to sell me two products for my system, I was puzzled why these options weren’t offered to me when the same company installed my system. Smiley’s has been great except for the service “add on’s”

Jailen was a wonderful service agent. Came on time and notified before he arrived. Changed my filter and managed all maintenance effieciently. very pleased and highly recommend!

Hayden service was awesome! Very nice and very informative! Shared pictures of all of his work. I'm truly grateful for his professionalism.

Wes, is an excellent technician and true personal! He provided me with a detailed synopsis for my HVAC system and made recommendations that were adequate for my home.
