Kurtis, TJ, Jeremy, and crew did an outstanding job! From start to finish, the entire process exceeded my expectations. Everything from pricing to installation was thoroughly explained. Service, scheduling, and communication was very prompt. I would highly recommend them to anyone!! These guys are GREAT!! :)

Called same day for a quote, and they sent out Dean who was honest and vert knowledgeable about what was needed for my house. The service members Tyler, Nick, and Myron that came out to remove the old and install the new were awesome! Everyone was professional and respectful. Cost was comparable to anywhere else, but they were worth the price in their experience and knowledge of HVAC.

I love them! They are professional and always on time! They explain everthing they are doing and keep your safety in mind. Will always keep a maintenance contract with them! Plus they are open 24/7! Smileys has been our go-to HVAC company for the past two years. We switched our oil heat for a tankless gas unit and upgraded our ancient AC system. They gave us an excellent price and worked tirelessly to meet our needs. Our house is over 100 years old and has quite a few structural obstacles to get around-especially in the basement. They did a great job. I even recommended them to my sister for her new tankless system!

Pedro called and was on time as he said. I appreciate that. He is very professional explained to me exactly what he would be doing. He was very mindful of my hardwood floors. He explained everything is well and the system is running as it should. When he left my home he knocked on the door so I knew to lock the back door

Smiley's technician Dylan is very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He came to our house and assessed the problem. He fully discussed to me the situation. Had another great experience with Smileys. The technician Pedro completed some routine maintenance and inspections on our HVAC system today. He was punctual, very professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Highly recommended.

Smileys did a great job replacing my heat pump system. Bruce came out quickly to let us know what our system options were, and gave competitive pricing. Nick, Tyler, and Myron did a good job replacing my system and making sure my zoning system was working properly. Would definitely recommend Smileys again!
