Steve went above and beyond the maintenance call. He made recommendations and shared insight on how to keep my system running efficiently all the while being friendly, personable, and professional. At no point did he try to upsell or push replacing or upgrading my system.

We have nothing but great things to say about this company and their staff. Kevin was very professional and thoroughly explained every step he took to make sure our system is properly maintained, clean, and functioning properly. Smiley’s installed my Trane HVAC system and I couldn’t be more pleased. From installation to the regularly performed maintenance, they are true professionals. On my recent maintenance appointment, Hayden was the technician. He was prompt and courteous. Once complete, he showed me before & after pictures of my system as well as the duct work within the crawl space. He was a true professional and I look forward to having him in the future. Received great customer service from Smiley's. Keep me updated on my appointment status. Norman waited out a severe hail thunderstorm to repair my unit. That type of service is rare.
