Let me preface this by saying that I rarely, if ever, write a review of a company who I've had do work for me. However, I just had Smiley's replace the Ducts and Vents in one of my rental properties and was so impressed with the 2 young men who did the job that I felt compelled to leave a review. Smiley's sent their 2 man crew of Brandon and Dale to perform the service. The crew arrived on time and they were extremely courteous, professional and knowledgable in all facets of the job. But most importantly, these young men have a work ethic and experience level that is much beyond their years, and their craftsmanship is nothing short of superb. I would highly recommend Smiley's crew of Brandon and Dale to anyone who may be in need of HVAC Duct installation or replacement.

This crew was wonderful. They did a great job and kept me informed throughout the day. They were mindful of our family pets. They made sure the door was closed so the cat stayed safely inside, and they even gave our pup some love whenever they walked by her.

Tyler Nick and crew were amazing! Each one of them displayed a tremendous amount of professionalism and overall friendliness. They kept me in the loop of the progress and it was very apparent that there are extremely knowledgeable in what they do. I’m a local business owner as well and The Smiley’s team that performed my job were nothing short of amazing. They were everything you want in an employee from a business standpoint and from a customers standpoint they were the best I could have asked for. Professional, polite, hard working and very keen eye for attention to detail. Smiley's replaced an HVAC system in our home. The process was seamless & efficient and the customer service was exemplary. Tim assessed our needs & that evening Will provided a quote. We were delighted to learn it could be installed in a little over a week. We were told the installers would arrive at 9a & at 8:59a they drove up the driveway! Campton & Josh were extremely friendly & good with our puppy. They were not intrusive & the old unit was removed & the new installed in 4.5 hours. We had a large bush next to the unit & Campton asked "how attached are you to that shrub?" When I told him it was given to me in memory of my Dad, he asked for a shovel and dug it out with the roots attached so it could be transplanted. That was totally unexpected and appreciated more than he could know and is one of the main reasons we will recommend Smiley's to everyone we can...but the incredible customer service continued. That evening we realized the unit wasn't working & at 6p Tim & Norman came to our home & resolved the issue by 8p. Couldn't be happier & our house is nice & cool!
