Smiley’s kept us up to date on installation due to a change in weather. The crew arrived on time and were professional throughout the install of our new units. They place pads down to walk on and cleaned up when they were finished!! Great crew to work with and finish our big job in 1 day!

Hayden N., was my technician on this day. He was very thorough and did a wonderful job at every step of the way. I highly recommend him.

Today we had our boiler replaced with a tankless unit. It was not the easiest as our boiler was in the crawlspace in a pit from original build of the house in 1956. From the sales rep Dean to our installers T.J. and Jonathan, we could have not asked for better, more professional service. The installation is a work of art--T.J. is quite a craftsman. The crew was on time, cleaned up completely, extremely polite, cared for our home and kept us informed every step of the way. Called for an HVAC installation quote, 14 SEER and 15 SEER. Taylor Leigh scheduled Tim Sales to stop by the next day. Tim was very knowledgeable and thorough. The detailed quote he emailed me included both a finance option and a discounted cash/cc/check price which I’ve never received from any other company. The 15 SEER system was only about $500 more so after accepting the discounted quote, Taylor scheduled HVAC installation for the date I requested.

The installers, Josh, Mike and Ian, did a great job! They arrived on time and worked diligently to get the job done in about four hours. They answered questions and made sure both the heat and air were working properly. The price I paid was the same as the quote, no surprises.

Everyone I encountered displayed great customer service! I highly recommend Smiley’s and will continue to call them for future needs.

So far they have been great. Got new AC and Heat system and they just did the first maintenance check and very professional and great work with pictures to show the work.

Quick response to my heat outage. David was very professional and knowledgeable, and found the problem quickly and followed up with the repair part the next day. My only issue was the $460.00 flat labor rate for motor replacement. It took David 20 mins to replace the draft inducer motor/fan assembly. I will use Smileys again, I just can’t understand the flat rate.

Everyone I encountered at Smiley's had great customer service. Nick and Tyler installed my new HVAC system and they had my home cooled in no time. Everything about my new system was explained in great detail. Nick and Tyler, as well as Zach and Tim, were very professional and personable. With 19 years of military experience and many duty stations under my belt I can honestly say I have never ran into a better Heating and Air Conditioning company. Techs were professional, install was perfect, and lastly price was the best in town. I talked to four different companies both bigger and smaller than Smileys but Smileys had the best price and warranty!!!
