Update 9-23-22: Elise was wonderful! There was an issue that needed addressing and she was attentive and went beyond to help address and resolve it. She is knowledgeable, polite, trustworthy, and a pleasure to have work in my home. I highly recommend Elise and Aire Serv!

We've been trying to get our Carrier AC fixed for over a year. Several companies were dispatched by our home warranty (AHS) but the problem was never fixed. As a result we were sleeping on our couch downstairs (because our downstairs zone was working) as it was 90 degrees in the bedrooms upstairs. Aire Serv came out and we finally have air conditioning upstairs! They were professional, friendly, and patient. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC issues.

Stellar customer service! Our air conditioning went out in July. We attempted to get repairs done through our home warranty company and immediately ran into problems. The other company assigned to us No-Showed for our appointment and didn’t return phone calls. We tried going on our own with other well known AC repair companies in the area; they all refused to work with a warranty company. I was referred to Aire Serve Chesapeake by a friend and was astonished by their customer service. Tiffany, the customer service liaison was on point getting us an appointment in the middle of a heat wave. Preston our technician was knowledgeable, friendly and answered all our questions. I would especially like to commend Josh, the service manager. He went above and beyond looking for solutions to our problem while dealing with the myriad demands of the warranty company. After arguing with the warranty company and trying to work through other companies for over a month, Aire Serve came through for us and resolved our problems. I cannot recommend them enough. I had no trouble communicating with them and they kept me informed every step of the way. I just found out they work on Boilers as well, so I have now found our new heating and air conditioning company. Thanks Aire Serve!

Elise went above and beyond to meet our needs! She identified the problem in a timely manner and provided proof of the issue. Will definitely be using them for all of my HVAC needs from now on.

I had Eugene Miller come to my place to do a diagnostic check of my furnace and duct work, and he identified a few of the not so obvious, but dangerous issues that need to be repaired. He was straightforward with everything and even showed me the issues. He’s was nice and polite. I would certainly recommend him, so I’m sure he’s a reflection of how his company does business as well.

Aire Serv has done HVAC work for the business I worked at, and my home. They are my HVAC company - customer service exemplary.

Michael B was amazing he helped in every facet of my AC unit especially after having a bad experience with another company. Mr. Miller was our technician and he was so skilled and professional. He fixed both units and had our AC running in no time. He is our hero! I recommend highly as the office staff communicated so promptly with our appointment and Mr. Miller even texted later that day to ensure the units were cooling the house down. Incredible service!!!
