Michael came out to repair our AC. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable; easily answering all of my questions as well as explaining what he was doing and why. Highly recommended.

I chose this company from its star rating on Groupon. Our tech Elise showed up the very next morning right on time. She was professional, extremely thorough, and I don't believe their pricing can be beat. We signed up for an annual contract for both of our HVAC systems for an incredibly reasonable price. I look forward to seeing Elise again come December!

Strongly recommend Air Serv of Chesapeake. We have been subscribing to their A/C and Heating systems maintenance plan for a few years and they have always been punctual with setting up the yearly appointments. Recently our A/C broke. They promptly ordered us a new system and quickly came to install it. Great company

Our technician was Michael Scanlon - The issues with our HVAC system were thoroughly explained to me, and he went over all my options in detail, and gave a breakdown of all the information in a clear way. The problem I wanted to fix today was all taken care of quickly and attentively, and I will call definitely them back in the future for our other HVAC maintenance and repairs.

I had Michael come out to replace my aquastat on my boiler which had gone bad. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual. I really appreciated the time he took to explain things and was very impressed with the work he did. I would highly recommend him and will definitely request that he'll be my technician in the future.

I recently noticed an issue with my heat pump, so I called Aire Serv and they were able to send a technician out in a very timely manner. Elise came to diagnose the problem, she did a very thorough inspection of my entire HVAC system, and found my issue was the fan motor. She helped me understand the function of the motor and explained my best course of action moving forward. After discussing the issue with my partner, I called to schedule the repair and was able to get an appointment that same day! Shea was my technician for the repair, and my new fan motor was up and running in no time!

Elise and Shea were an absolute pleasure to work with and they showed the utmost respect and professionalism to help diagnose and fix my problem. This is my second time going through Aire Serv (2 completely unrelated issues) and each time I've been so impressed with this company. Their communication is incredible, and I really appreciate the text they send letting you know their technician is on the way. I also really value speaking with Josh or Tiffany when I call! Josh has been able to answer any questions I have, and Tiffany is a delight to speak with and is committed to helping me get the best service! I can't thank this company enough, experiencing issues with home maintenance can cause a lot of stress, but it's such a relief to have built a connection with a company I feel confident and comfortable to reach out to in the future!

I found Aire Serv on Thumbtack and I was contacted by Tiffany who was simply fabulous. They told me what availability they had for the day, and kept me informed about the pros ETA. I especially appreciated the text messages that included the pros name and photo. Our pro was Michael and he was really professional. We’ve had a lot of issues with our HVAC and after looking
at the system, he identified the root cause of our issues, something other techs have not been able to do. We signed up for the maintenance plan because he seemed well informed and we felt we could trust him to keep our system running properly. Greatly appreciative of both him and Tiffany. A few days later, Tiffany followed up with me which I genuinely appreciated. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Micheal showed up and installed my thermostat in a flash. He was very knowledgeable as he walked me through the system giving me the information on what to look out for and how to keep the system running smoothly. Highly recommended.
