Michael was professional and knowledgeable. Called around several places for service due to cold weather and heat not working. I was turned down by a lot of companies saying they aren’t taking any new customers due to the demand. Not AireServ! They were on it same day service. Got heat working that night. They don’t come off like salesmen either like other companies. Repeat customer now.

I installed a Google Nest Thermostat and the heat was not turning on despite my best troubleshooting efforts, Michael came out and helped fix the problem quickly and explained everything in great detail. He then inspected the rest of the house and helped clear up the rest of my system. Thankyou Very much!

I have used Aire Serv for years, and Elise has serviced my water heater twice. She is very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. She makes sure things are as neat as they were when she leaves as she found them when she arrived.

We had Nest thermostats installed by a third party and our heat stopped working when it was 40 degrees outside. Michael was at our house within an hour and fixed the problem. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and explained everything. He also did a routine inspection when we first moved in and generated a report of all recommendations. We definitely plan to enroll in a regular maintenance program and continue to use AireServ for all our HVAC/heating needs.

By far the best experience! I was able to get a same day appointment! Elise was fantastic and had amazing customer service. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything. Been using Air Serv for years and can't think of anyone better to handle any HVAC problem. Elise came by today, did a thorough inspection, and listed in full what the repair costs would be. Very professional. The dogs loved her. Solid performance and highly highly recommend everyone to utilize their services.

This company is so amazing. Everyone that has come had been so kind and knowledgeable. They don’t force extra services or parts you don’t want or need. You know who’s coming to your house a day prior to the appointment, so you know who to expect. They’ve always been on time and they send a text and email 30 mins prior to arriving at your residence. I had Elise today and she was so sweet, quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. I hope to have her come for the next maintenance check. :)

Michael was awesome. We have a rooftop unit and it was 95 degrees outside . Michael still went above and beyond answering all my questions and going up to the roof multiple times to do a thorough inspection. I couldn’t recommend him enough and I will be using him at all of my restaurants from now on!! Great trustworthy guy and a model employee.

I was thoroughly pleased with the professionalism from start to finish. I received several notifications via text message on the status of my appointment and the location of the technician on the morning. Elise was prompt and extremely knowledgeable while in my home. I felt extremely comfortable and confident in her ability to educate me on processes of maintaining my system. She deserves 100 stars!!!
