POOR INTEGRITY AND DISHONEST PRACTICES.
This company installed the system in our new construction purchase. The unit has never fully work properly as there was an issue with it not cooling one room in our home when we purchased it as they failed to install one of the vents in the room .
An effort to continue to be loyal as a customer I contacted them for routine maintenance on it.
Service technician TJ completed my call for routine maintenance. Stated that compressor was going bad and he cleaned out drain lines and they were "ALL CLEAR". I questioned why the house is still cool. He stated that the air conditioning unit in the Attic had lines that froze and the blower was blowing cool air into my home off of the freezing lines and that was what was keeping my house cool. It also was the cause of the water leaking outside from the drain pipe and another indicator of them compressor going bad.
Had another technician come out to fix it with my home warranty. The technician stated that the 3-year-old compressor was perfectly fine and in good working order. It was NOT going bad, but in fact the issue was the drain lines were clogged. This was what was causing the leaking water outside.
After calling the office I was told to call the owner Mr Parker. Mr Parker was defensive and tried to invalidate what I was saying and gloating on his 5 star google reviews and 11 years of being in business. He refused to acknowledge my experience of being lied to about my compressor and the lines being cleaned as told. Instead he wanted to know "what his business could do for me and my complaint" and ok with the service the technician had not provided.
He stated that TJ told him he DID NOT clean the drain lines out and that was why I was not charged and was upset that I questioned the integrity of his stellar employee.
Last time I checked it is not the truth when you tell me you have done something and tell another person you have not I'm not sure what else that would be called maybe an untruth ?
In his responses and defense of the practices of his workers...he decided to tell me all about the career choices of the technician and how he has elevated himself in the company. Never once apologized for the dishonesty or experience with his company or services. As a woman consumer it is not uncommon to be taken advantage of...overcharged.... underserviced... dismissed and treated unequally. My Advice: Please check behind them as honesty and integrity is NOT a priority with this business.

there has been problems every since I had the system. last week no heat, it was fixed, this week no heat again, and I can't an appointment for another week
