Elise was wonderful to work with. She was courteous, professional, friendly, and extremely competent! Aire Serv is very fortunate to have her in their employ!

Earlier last week, my A/C stopped working and called Aire Serv to inspect the issue and determine the cause of the problem. They sent out Michael, who was very helpful and was able to show us what was wrong and breakdown what services and parts were needed. The repair was neat, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend their services for those looking for HVAC and A/C repairs.

Michael was very informative of everything he did, and early to the appointment, fixing the A/C to boot! In honesty, it was welcoming to have a knowledgeable tech come in and not give us any dancing around the bush. The price fit the budget as well, so there is not a thing to complain about.

Technician Elise did a great job getting the AC back to running cool air. 24 hours in and house is still nicely cooled. The work was a bit costly to me but the result so far is satisfying.

Had a great experience with Michael S. He quickly helped us figure out the issue with our A/C in the dead of summer and we were back up and running quickly. He was kind, answered all of our questions and did good work!

Elise did a great job inspecting and servicing my AC unit. After cleaning the coils my air is cooler and my unit doesn't run as much keeping me cool during a heat wave while keeping dominion energy from taking more of my hard earned dollars.

Tiffany, Josh and Eugene found an extremely complicated issue with my furnace and my entire heating system. After much work and checking this and that, they resolved that which had been a very nagging issue for me. Having sold me the furnace and after three visits, they resolved the problem and charged me nothing. Much appreciation to all of them. As personable as they could possibly have been as well.
