Aire Serv of Chesapeake

We hired Aire Serv to diagnose and repair our air conditioning unit during a 90+ degree week. Not only was the office team quick to respond, but they were able to fit us in the very next day for service. The technician, Mike, arrived on time after giving us a notification that he was on his way. He was friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job correcting the problem in a timely fashion. He was also able to explain the problem and course of action thoroughly to someone who isn't professionally familiar with HVAC systems. On top of that, he was thorough in checking to make sure all aspects of our unit was functioning properly.

Day before yesterday late evening our attic unit stopped working. In the morning my wife called Aireserv and put in a trouble call. Michael was assingned to our issue. Michael informed me when he was on his way and showed up on time.
At my work dealing with differnt service tech's from HVAC to plumbing and electrical to name a few, comparing Michael to tech's ive delt with from excellant to good to just down right bad.
Michael is deffinatly at the top of excellant. Knowlegable, Diagnosed the problem quickly with out any second guessing, showed me the problem and told me he could fix it. Michael from start to finish was a top notch , Professional attention to detail Hvac tech. I would Highly Recommend him for any job commerical and Residential. Thank you Michael and Aireserv.

Elise was beyond amazing, she is very knowledgeable and explained everything i asked about perfectly so i understood!!! She has fantastic customer service skills, and was very genuine towards my crazy kid who loves to talk and dog!

Elise had great customer service. She was friendly with my dogs and that means a lot when strangers come in to my home. Elise was also very informative letting me know what she was doing and what she found. :)

Eugene and Tiffany have been amazing to work with. Awesome service!

Update (June 2022): Although we enjoyed having Eugene as our technician, our new technician Elise, was awesome! It was great seeing a female technician. She was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Another 5-star experience!

My wife and I are satisfied customers again. Michael was very professional and helpful throughout the process of our repair. He displayed a willingness to work and to work with us. Any questions we had were answered. Very pleased with his customer service. Very affordable and reliable company.

Elise was great and respectful. She got the job done in a timely manner! Because of her, I added the warranty because my system is a bit old. She provided great service and was knowledgeable.

Excellent service! My most recent Aire Serv experience was for routine service. I very much appreciated Elise answering my questions readily and not feeling as though she was rushing through the service. I have been with Aire Serv for the past year and each tech they have assigned to my home has been professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend them!

During a routine maintenance visit, Elise found an issue with my unit in the attic. Elise told me what she was going to do before she did it and then took pictures so I could see what she had done before and after. She was quick, professional, and very efficient. I am very pleased with the results and will continue to use this company.

We had a service tech come out today named Elise. She was very rude, unprofessional, and very slow with her work. I was highly convinced this would be our go to company because of how helpful your team was over the phone, but with what we received today we won’t be coming back.
