Aire Serv of Chesapeake

Extremely impressed with Aire Serv and highly recommended. Had another company come out twice to report nothing was wrong with the A/C unit. On Sunday, June 12th, the unit stopped working completely. I called several companies requesting emergency service only to be told the first opening would be Thursday. After calling 20 different companies, Aire Serv offered immediate service and arrived at the scheduled time. Not only did the tech repair the issue, he found several other items that require repair which the previous company never mentioned and we pay routine maintenance twice a year. After our experience, we decided to cancel our club membership with the other company and switch to Aire Serv.... even more impressive, a colleague of mine was waiting for her own A/C tech to arrive, who never showed up so, I provided the information of Aire Serv. The tech came out SAME DAY, and found the issue, and repaired it.

Amazing service from Jameel and his helper! Been without A/C for about a year now and finally we’re able to have them come and install a new unit for us and already within 30 minutes of the A/C running it already feels 10x better! Loved the service that I received from them and appreciate them coming out to fix it in 90 degree temperatures!

I scheduled an HVAC inspection with Aire Serv and experienced excellent customer service throughout the process. Our pro Eugene was excellent - timely, communicative, thorough, and patient. An unforeseen issue with the furnace occurred during the inspection, but Aire Serv, and Eugene went above and beyond to take care of it. I was 100% satisfied with everything in the end. I can’t recommend their extremely professional service enough.
